The results as follow:1 Effect of Hg2 to the physiological and biochemical parameters of Egeria najasAfter 24h of exposure, the color of leaf of Egeria najas became greenish at 10mg/L Hg, the color of leaf of Egeria najas was not affected significantly under 10mg/L Hg.

现将主要结果总结如下： 1 Hg~(2 )对细叶蜈蚣草叶片叶绿素含量、超氧化物歧化酶和过氧化氢化酶的影响经过24h的处理，Hg~(2 )浓度为10.00mg/L的实验组中的细叶蜈蚣草叶片开始褪绿，Hg~(2 )浓度为1.00mg/L和2.00mg/L实验组中略微褪绿，而Hg~(2 )浓度为0.05mg/L和0.10mg/L实验组中未出现明显的褪绿现象。

After 48h of exposure, the color of leaf of Egeria najas became greenish badly and the leaf was conglutinated, and the chlorophyll content of leaf declined significantly when the Hg concentration were above 2.00mg/L.By the changes of chlorophyll content, the lethal concentration of Hg to Egeria najas was 0.10-2.00mg/L.

处理48h以后，Hg~(2 )浓度人于1.00mg/L实验组中的叶片褪绿严重而且叶片相互粘连，叶片叶绿素含量明显低于对照组，从中可以粗略看出Hg(2-)对细叶蜈蚣草的致死浓度为0.10-2.00mg/L。

The calculated IC times of chl-a in ethyl acetate, tetrahydrofuran and dimethyl formamide are 141, 147, and 241 fs, respectively.

计算得到的叶绿素a分子在乙酸乙酯、四氢呋喃和二甲基甲酰胺溶剂中的内转换时间分别是141、147和241 fs。

The results showed that there existed significant difference in chlorophyll a, MDA and proline content among different treatments. Compared with 810S,the total photosynthetic pigment content of Biao 810S was aabout 50%lower;which was the main cause of the yellow green leaf.2、The spikelet numbers,stigma exsertion rate and flowering time of Biao 810S were same as that of 810S.There were no significant difference of the agronomic traits between the the cross combination which came from the maintainers D100 and R96-1 and the combination from 810S.3、The photosynthetic rate of Biao810S was higher than 810S under strong light and lower under weak light.

叶绿素含量下降是标810S叶片呈淡黄绿叶色的根本原因。2、标810S的颖花数、柱头外露率和开花时间与对照基本相当，与恢复系D100和R96-1配制的杂交组合农艺性状与用810S配制的相应推广组合无明显差异，表明标810S可替代810S应用于两系杂交水稻，其淡黄绿叶色性状可应用于杂交制种田的不育系群体除杂，同时可根据幼苗期淡黄绿叶色性状植株的比例用于鉴定杂交组合中不育系的混杂率。3、弱光条件下标810S的光合速率低于810S，强光条件下标810S光合速率比对照高，且标810S在光强2400μmol·m~(-2)·s~(-1)以下没有光饱和点和"午休"现象。

3During 15 to 30 days after anthesis,the CHL content of the wheat flagleaf decrease promptly,and there are significant differences between CTW and WTW.Thedecreasing rates of the CHL of CTW are lower than that of WTW.Similar results are foundin the WSP content of flag leaf.The MDA content of the wheat flag leaf increase exponen-tially along with the DAA.

开花后15～30天，小麦旗叶叶绿素含量迅速下降，冷型小麦旗叶CHL分解缓慢、CHL稳定时间长；小麦开花后旗叶可溶性蛋白质含量迅速下降，不同温型小麦的下降速度有别，冷型小麦下降速度慢，结果导致从开花后15天开始，冷型小麦WSP含量高明显高于暖型小麦；小麦旗叶丙二醛含量在开花后随天数的增加而呈指数增长，在整个籽粒形成和灌浆期，冷型小麦MDA含量均低于暖型小麦，从花后12天开始，不同温型小麦之间MDA含量的差距越来越大。
