试验结果表明：多效唑能显著降低新梢长度的生长，增加分枝数，抑制低温处理时膜透性的增加，提高绿玉树对零上低温的抵抗能力。0.2%PP333能提高叶绿素含量，但低浓度的PP333(0.1%～0.15%)却降低了叶绿素的含量。

The result shows: in 0~360 kg/hm^2 fertilizer can improve the plant height, dry matter accumulation of maize, nitrogen accumulation, root vigor, leaf nitrate reeducates activity, chlorophyll content and yield, meanwhile the leaves' nitrate reeducates activity, dry matter accumulation and the final output of wheat, root activity and other indicators were significantly correlated; Cultivating under the same conditions and dropping the fertilizer amount from 360 kg/hm^2 to 315 kg/hm^2, the dry matter accumulation will be increased, the roots vigor and leaf nitrate reeducates activity will be strengthened, but the yield are not obviously different in the same treatment.

结果表明：在0~360kg/hm^2的施肥范围内，肥料能显著增加玉米植株的株高、干物质积累盆、叶绿素含量和籽粒产量，提高根系活力、叶片硝酸还原酶活性；同时硝酸还原酶活性、干物质积累量、根系活力和叶绿素含量等指标与玉米最终产量呈显著正相关；在相同的栽培条件下，将施肥量从360kg/hm^2降至315kg/hm^2，植株的于物质积累量增加、根系活力、叶片硝酸还原酶活性增强，但处理间籽粒产量无显著差异。

The results showed:Under the same fertilizer consumption,covered with straw and covered with film can increase the chlorophyll content and total leer area duration of the maize,can improve leaf nitrate reeducates activity,Photosynthesis and roots vigor,and the nitrate reeducates activity,the chlorophyll content and the roots vigor present positive correlation with yield. Meanwhile,average dry matter accumulation of straw-covered increased 7.1% than this of no-ploughed,yield increased 15.3%.The average dry matter accumulation of film-covered increased 20.1% than which of no-ploughed and 12.1% than which of plough and covered with straws.And yield increased 26.8% and 10.1%,notable differences.

结果表明：在相同的肥料用量条件下，秸秆覆盖和薄膜覆膜对玉米生长发育具有良好的促进作用，能显著增加玉米叶片叶绿素含量和光合势，增强叶片硝酸还原酶活性和根系活力，同时玉米叶片硝酸还原酶活性、叶绿素含量、根系活力等与最终籽粒产量呈正相关；秸秆覆盖比免耕全生育期平均单株干物质积累量增加7.1%，籽粒产量增加15.3%，薄膜覆膜分别比免耕和翻耕残茬覆盖全生育期平均单株干物质积累量增加20.1%和12.1%，最终籽粒产量增加26.8%和10.1%，差异显著。

Different season has different chlorophyll concentration in water body,character of water reflect-spectral and sensitivity band which are better related to chlorophyll concentration also have difference,resulting in the difference in retrieval models and parameters in models for each season.

Growth of plants was suppressed by 150mmol . L~-1NaCl stress, at the meantime, relative electric conductivity, leaf proline content and chlorophyll a/b increased, chlorophyll content, photosynthesic rate and transpiration rate decreased. Relative electric conductivity in root was more than that of leaf. The content of abscisin acid increased, while the content of gibberellin, Indoleacetic acid and zeatin decreased under salinity stress.

The chlorophyll content in 21 cultivars of 7 Cymbidium species in Guizhou Province were measured and compared by using SPAD-502 chlorophyll detector and conventional methods.

With the prolongation of the time of Pb and Cd stress, the chlorophyll content of the clones and families were induced to first increase and later decrease, except that NEF14 and NEF12 were downtrend at all times.
