This paper deals with the influences of Hg to the morpha. some physiological and biochemical parameters such as chlorophyll, superoxide dismutase, catalase of a kind of submerged macrophyte Egeria najas; some parameters for the amelioration of water quality and agamogenesis of Egeria najas were also studied.

本文研究了Hg~(2-)对沉水植物细叶蜈蚣草外部形态、叶片叶绿素含量、超氧化物歧化酶和过氧化氢酶活性等几个生理生化指标的影响：从水体主要理化指标和生物营养元素的变化情况研究了Hg~(2 )对细叶蜈蚣草净水功能的影响；从细叶蜈蚣草断枝和侧枝生殖的变化情况研究了Hg~(2 )对其营养繁殖的影响。

It consists of the folowing five contents.(1) the seasonal change of leaf area index,(2) the seasonal change of ratio of leaf area, stem area and ear area to the sum area of these three foliage components,(3 )the seasonal change of leaf in clination,(4 )the seasonal change of optics of leaf, stemand ear,(5 )the seasonal change of upward reflectance of soil background.

We found out the curing technology of loose tobacco curing barn when adopting nature loading method, the loading density were 75-85kg/m3, and the thermometer were hanged at the bottom layer. This technology was on the base of its own characteristic, it also integrated the technology of the three stage curing technique, and it had the virtue of simplicity of operation, earthliness and understandability, better curing effects, and preferably spreading foreground.
