In chapterⅡ, considering GLMMs data which the number of high units is different and the number of low units is small and unbalanced, we Conduct a series of simulations, the simulations show that regardless of the number of the level 2 units,the Bayesian estimate of random effects residual variance is more precise than PQL and the PQL estimation deviates from the true value seriously; In terms of the fixed effects estimates, When the number of level 2 units is 20, The mean and median of the Bayesian estimate is more precise than PQL,But With the number of level 2 units increase,the estimate of two methods is similar. Thus, in practical applications, we recommend the use of Bayesian method.

第二章针对不同高水平单位数，低水平数较小且不平衡的GLMMs数据，进行模拟研究，研究表明：无论水平2单位数的大小，贝叶斯方法随机效应残差方差估计值远比PQL法更接近真实值，PQL法严重偏离了真实值；而对固定效应参数估计值，当水平2单位数为20时，贝叶斯法各参数的均数和中位数均要较PQL法更接近真实值，而随着水平2单位数的增加，两种方法在估计固定效应参数时相差并不大，因而，在实际应用中，推荐采用贝叶斯法。

Detailed work have done at four aspects as follows: the usage of SPIV in multistage turbomachinery; the study of compressor rotor tip complex flow with SPIV; the study of compressor stator tip complex flow with Rotor/Stator interaction and the detailed analysis and comparison of the unsteady flow field respectively obtained by CFD and experiment investigation.

详细本文主要以SPIV非定常实验测量和CFD非定常数值模拟为工具，研究叶轮机端壁复杂流动的一些机理性问题，围绕四个方面开展了叶轮机端壁非定常流动方面的研究工作：适用于多级叶轮机械使用的SPIV技术；压气机转子尖区复杂流动；动静叶干扰条件下压气机静子内尖区非定常流动；以及非定常数值模拟结果与非定常实验测量结果的对比。

After pretreatment with Ca(NO3)2,W7 and TFP in improving and blocking Ca2+*CaM messenger system, membrane damage in strawberry leaf was relief by Ca(NO3)2treatment, at the meanwhile, salt damage index was reduced, the content of prolinc and chlorophyll were enhanced, Pn, EVAP and GS were improved, ABA content in root and leaf was reduced, the content of ZTJAA, GA and ZT/ABA were enhanced, the content of unaturated fatty acid increased, whereas, saturated fatty acid content in leaf and root was reduced, the rate between unaturated fatty acid and saturated fatty acid and index of unaturated fatty acid were enhanced.

The experiment was investigated on the exit flow fields of compressor cascades with normal straight, positive leaned, positive curved, negative curved, and S type curved blades with tailboard at zero incidence.

进行了带尾板的由常规直叶片、正倾斜叶片、正弯曲叶片、反弯曲叶片、S形叶片组成的 5种矩型压气机叶栅在低速风洞上的实验研究，测量了叶栅出口流场，分析了零冲角下不同叶片弯曲形式对叶栅出口总压损失分布情况和主流速度的影响。

The results showed that:The reductions in the shoot and root dry weights, leaf area,stern diameter of grafted plants were lower than those of ungrafted plants under the same NaCl stress.Na~+,MDA,H_2O_2 contents,O_2~- producing rate,Na~+/K~+ ratio, Na~+/Ca~(2+) ratio were lower,whereas K~+,solube sugar,shoot water content,SOD,POD, CAT,APX activity,the stability of AsA/DHA,Photosynthetic rate,transpiration rate and stomatal conductance in the leaf of grafted plants were higher than those of ungrafted plants at the same NaCl stress.Intercellular CO_2 concentration of grafted plants decreased whereas that of ungrafted plants increased significantly under salt stress.
