Improvement effect of Margaric Hydrolysate and Zinc on microcirculatory obstruction of the bulbar conjunctiva in rabbit eyes was investigated.

以注射高分子右旋糖酐和羊水所致球结膜的微循环障碍为模型，探讨珍珠层粉水解液和锌对微循环的影响。

Methods The acute edematous pancreatitis and hemorrhagic necrotizing pancreatitis model of rats were induced by cerulein and dextran-110 and endothelin-1 was administered on AEP rats via intravenous injection. Serum amylase, plasma ET and 6-Keto-PGF1α, pancreas hostologic observation were determined.

应用蛙皮素及高分子右旋糖酐造成大鼠急性水肿性和出血坏死性胰腺炎模型，观察血浆内皮素水平及其它相关指标，同时观察外源性内皮素对水肿性胰腺炎大鼠血清淀粉酶、6-Keto-PGF1α及胰腺组织病理形态等的影响。

Random selected 60 patients ,then they were admitted for surgery treatment of Selective Decongestive Devascularization Shunt of Gastrosplenic Region and Splenectomy and Periesophagogastric Devascularization . Base on the difference of coagulation function, they were divided into two groups: Group A: The anticoagulated group ,29 patients , were administered Low Molecular Weight Heparin and Salvia Miltiorrhiza injection, Group B: The contral group, 31patients, were administered for the conventional treatment.

结果抗过敏试验显示，祛风止痒酊能不同程度地抑制抗血清诱发的大鼠同种被动皮肤过敏和2，4-二硝基氯苯所致的小鼠迟发性超敏反应；大剂量时还可增加小鼠的胸腺指数及脾指数；止痒试验显示，祛风止痒酊能明显降低右旋糖酐诱导的小鼠搔痒发作次数及搔痒持续时间，并能增加豚鼠耐受磷酸组胺的致痒阈。

结果：珍珠层粉水解液和锌能疏通微循环，增加兔眼球结膜的毛细血管交叉点数，改善注射高分子右旋糖酐或注射羊水所致的兔眼球结膜微循环障碍和阻止微循环障碍的形成。
