In our experiment, we found two abnormal phenotypes that one only the last three segments develop into pupa, but the other segments are still keep the larva characters; another sample has differently develop speed between abdomen and backside, which resulted in the back develop into pupa but the abdomen were still the larva characters. When we add Az in the feed of injected EcR-dsRNA samples, in the 13 live larvae we found that 6 have the abnormal proleg phenotypes.

More thicker epiphyseal plate were found in the left femurs than the right femurs of the group fixed with plates at 3 and 6 month after operation. In the group fixed with plates, Safranine O staining showed epiphyseal plates ot the left femurs had more fuscous staining than the right femurs at 3 and 6 month after operation. A 3-D finite element system of lumbar L4-5 was sectionally constructed with Mimics software system by lumbar CT images. The system was turned into a finite element system of degenerative lumbar by modified it's material parameter. The lumbar rotatory manipulation was decomposed by principium of manipulation. The parameter of mechanics was analyzed with the finite element system.
