For the purpose of this Agreement,"force majeure" means events not foreseeable, unpreventable and unavoidable by the party affected (hereinafter referred to as "the affected party"), including but not limited to earthquake, typhoon, flood, war, disturbance, embargo, rebellion, epidemic disease, contingencies as well as any law/regulation/order and other governmental actions.

为本协议目的，不可抗力系指受到其影响的协议一方不能预见、不能避免并不能克服的客观情况，包括地震、台风、水灾、火灾、战争、动乱、禁运、暴动、疫病、意外事故和任何将来的法律法规命令及其他的政府行为。

Should any Party be directly prevented from executing this Agreement or be delayed in performing this Agreement by any event of force majeure, such as earthquake, typhoon, flood, fire and war and other unforeseen events, the happening and consequences of which are unpreventable and unavoidable, the affected Party shall notify the other Parties without delay and, within fifteen (15) days thereafter, provide detailed information regarding the events of force majeure and sufficient proof thereof, explaining the reason for its inability to perform or the delay in the execution of all or part of this Agreement.

如果任何一方因不可抗力事件，如地震、台风、水灾、火灾、战争、其发生和后果不可预防和不可避免的其他意外事件的直接影响，而不能履行或延迟履行本协议，受影响的一方应立即通知另一方，并在此后十五(15)日内提供有关不可抗力事件的详情和足够的证明材料，解释其不能履行或延迟履行本协议的全部或部分条款的理由。
