RESULTS: Biomaterial vector which were used to coated insulin could prevent insulin degradation by erepsin and enhance insulin stability. In addition, biomaterial vector benefited for uptake and transport of intestinal tract mucosa to insulin, target-control of drug release, enhancement of drug bioavailability, and establishment of insulin release velocity style for human physiological drive so as to realize sustained release of insulin.

结果：以生物材料作为载体包埋胰岛素，可避免胰岛素被胃肠蛋白酶降解，提高其在胃肠道内的稳定性，并有利于肠道黏膜对胰岛素的摄取和转运，在人体内递药过程中又能实现靶向控制药物释放，提高药物的生物利用度，满足人体生理需求的胰岛素的释放速率模式，实现了胰岛素的持续释放。

The results show that greatest feature of the process is its capability to detect directly without extraction.The result obtained is identical with the result of GC/FID experiment.

结果表明，该方法最大的特点是在不经萃取的情况下可直接用于溶解态芘的降解过程的检测，所得结果与GC/FID的实验结果一致。

Six bacteria and five mildews have been separated from 119 strains, wliich grew well on the culture media contained lignin. The result of taxonomic identification is that XI, X2 and X3 belong to Pseudomonas, X4 and X5 belong to Xanihomonas, X6 belongs to Mycoplana. A preliminary study has been carried out on the capacity of lignin degradation of the 6strains of bacteria, and strains X2 and X4 were chose to carry out the experiments. The most favorable temperature for the 2 strains is 30癈, and the pH is 7; After being treated by ultraviolet rays, activity of all the three kinds of lignin-degrading enzyme produced by the strains can be increased greatly, the bacteria increasing rate is remarkably improved.

ABSTRACT Purpose By adding additives in carbonated hydroxyapatite cement to increase its rheology to prepare injectable carbonated hydroxyapatite cement.(1) Test the physicochemistry characteristics of ICHA cement.(2) Evaluate the biocompatibility of ICHA cement.(3) Biomechanieal appreciation of ICHA cement used in distal radius fracture.(4) Study the mechanical stability, degradation and bone formation ability of ICHA cement used in goat lateral tibial plateau compression fracture.

目的 在碳酸化羟基磷灰石(Carbonated hydroxyapatite，CHA)水泥原位固化基础上进行改性研究，通过改变其流变学特性，达到具有良好注射性能的可注射性碳酸化羟基磷灰石(Injectable carbonated hydroxyapatite，ICHA)水泥，为骨科的微创治疗提供新方法：(1)制备ICHA水泥，完成理化性质的检测；(2)进行ICHA水泥的生物相容性评价；(3)探讨ICHA水泥在桡骨远端骨折应用的生物力学固定强度；(4)研究ICHA水泥在实验性大动物胫骨平台压缩性骨折中应用的力学稳定性、降解性能及成骨性能。
