In the part of producing TONALIDE, through single-factor-experiments , the highest yield of reaction condition was confirmed as: reaction time about 4 hours; reaction temperature about 20 ; the quantity of chlori-acytyl about 10g; the quantity of aluminum chloride 13-15g and the yield of reaction was as high as 90%.

在TONALIDE的合成部分，通过单因素试验，找到了反应收率最高的反应条件为：反应时间4小时左右；反应温度20℃左右；乙酰氯的用量10g左右；反应中的三氯化铝的用量13～15g，此时反应收率可达90％。

As temperature increased from 40 to 70℃, ferric reduction capacity of microorganism biocoenosis from Jilin, Tianjin and Hunan paddy soil were restrained to a certain extent. Adding AQDS could increase ferric reduction rate of microorganisms biocoenosis from Jilin, Tianjin and Sichuan paddy soil significantly. In axenic culture treatment of 6 kinds of bacterial strain experiments from Sichuan and Jiangxi paddy soil, a bacterial strain was suitable to 50℃.

First, the preparation of l,2-dichloro-4-nitrobenzene, which l-chloro-4-nitrobenzene reacted with chlorine in a self-designed chlorinator, in presence of Lewis acid catalyst,.was investigated. By means of the Orthogonal Experiments design and single factor experiments, the influence of several reaction variables on the yield were examined and the optimum reaction conditions under the intervallic operation were obtained, the yield of l,2-diehloro-4-nitrobenzene was 83.26%.

为此，本文首先在自行设计的塔式氯化器中，以对硝基氯苯为原料，路易氏酸作催化剂，分子氯氯化合成3，4-二氯硝基苯(合成3-氯-4-氟-硝基苯的原料)，根据该氯化过程特征，利用正交试验设计方法结合单因素实验考察了有关因素对氯化过程的影响，优化得到了最佳的氯化工艺条件，3，4—二氯硝基苯的收率可达83.26％。

Some conclusions can be obtained from the analysis of test results:(1) Under long-term cycle loading, the strain rate of soft clay decreases with time. The logarithmic relationship between strain rate and time is linear.(2) The effect of initial static deviator stress and cyclic shear stress coupling and the drained condition have much influence on stain rate of residual strain.

通过试验结果分析可得：（1）在长期循环荷载作用下，黏土的应变速率随时间的增大而减小，应变速率对数与时间对数间的关系可用直线描述；（2）初始静偏应力与动偏应力的耦合作用以及不同的排水条件对黏土残余应变速率有较大程度的影响。

The methods of IR and others were carried on in order toverify the structural formula of XN. The validation of analytical procedures wasconducted according to quality standard of XN in supplement of ChinesePharmacopoeia in 2002. The results show that the structural formula of XN isright and XN can be analysed in accordance with the quality specification of ChP.The results of three lots repeat tests show that the optimal process for XN wasrepeated excellently and quality of products is stable and controllable.
