High voltage power transmission faces the problem of high altitude in China. In this paper, a mobile corona test cage is firstly applied to measure the AC corona audible noises of three types of transmission bundle lines in four areas with different altitudes. The effect on audible noise from altitudes was analyzed in details.

我国高压输电线路面临着高海拔特殊问题，利用可移动式电晕笼系统在4个不同海拔对3种导线进行了交流电晕可听噪声试验研究，得出了可听噪声海拔修正的初步结果。

We get the vary rules of mechanics character, study the dilatability and fractal characters of shear surface, analyzed the distortion manner of different kinds mixture, we build the forecast model though test results, while the results are generally same by different test ,so we can use the model to preestimate the mechanics index of mixture quickly.

本文通过试验研究了土石混合料力学特性随岩性、含石量、密实度及颗粒最大粒径等影响因素的变化规律，分析了土石混合料的剪胀性能、剪切面的起伏特征和分形特征、土石混合料的剪切变形破坏方式，经比较现场试验、室内试验及数值模拟的结果基本一致，并依据试验结果建立了不同类别土石混合料力学特性指标的预测模型，可通过模型快速预测不同类型土石混合料的力学特性指标。

Furthermore, the results of the antibiotics sensitivity test of 38 isolates to 24 kinds antibiotics show that all isolates have presented antibiotic resistance disparately as well as multi-resistance. All isolates are sensitive to Cephalosporins antibiotics and Aminoglycosides antibiotics such as Amikacin, Cefazolin, Cefradine, Cefoperazone, and Ceftriaxone. Thirty-eight isolates are extremely resistant to Penicillins antibiotics, Lincomycins antibiotics, Tetracyclines antibiotics and Macrolides antibiotics such as Midecamycine, Lincomycin, Carbenicillin, Tetracycline, Amoxicillin and so on. Antibiotics sensitivity test provides guidance for antibiotic application and scientific foundation from poultry farms.

按世界卫生组织推荐的Kirby-Bauer菌液涂布法对38株大肠杆菌进行24种抗生素的药物敏感性试验，结果表明：38株大肠杆菌均有不同程度的耐药，而且均表现多重耐药；较为敏感的抗生素是头孢菌素类和氨基糖苷类抗生素，其中以阿米卡星、头孢唑啉、头孢拉定、头孢哌酮和头孢三嗪最为敏感；对青霉素类抗生素、林可胺类抗生素、四环素类抗生素和大环内酯类抗生素耐药严重，其中以麦迪霉素、林可霉素、氨苄青霉素、四环素和阿莫西林耐药性最为严重；药物敏感试验为保定、秦皇岛和北京三个地区养鸡业提供科学的用药指南，为药物防治提供科学依据。

The comparison between the obtained EC50 values and toxicity data from the literature points out the good agreement between the BOD bottle test (Raphidocelis su.) and those of nine widely used test methods, i.e., Fathead minnow, Vibrio fi., Microtox, Polytox, Spriotox, Shk1, Activated sludge, Daphina ma. and Tetrahymena. In this study, log Kow values of narcosis Ι compounds (using the BOD bottle test and nine bioassays) were reported.

实验中选定DO观测终点所求得的毒性数据与其他物种进行回归分析，回归结果则皆呈现高度相关（R2值≧0.84），这可推论出藻类与其他物种的分析方法（不含Nitrosomonas）的致毒机制有很高的相关性，且可知本试验方法不仅敏感性高且与其他的物种且有良好的相关性可做为替代性试验。

本文以大庆油田三次加密矿场实践为依据，通过对试验效果的系统评价研究，提出了对三次加密井工艺技术的要求；分析了低效井的原因，研究了降低低效井比例的有效方法，并在杏一～三区矿场试验中得到了验证；通过对加密井单井经济技术界限研究，搞清了三次加密调整的投资成本构成，制定了三次加密调整井增加可采储量、厚度和产量界限；指出了三次加密潜力对象及其分布特征；提出了以精细地质研究为基础搞清薄差储层沉积特征及空间展布、以剩余油综合描述为手段定量描述各沉积单元的剩余油分布特征、以经济有效开发为目的的三次加密调整方法、原则和程序；制定了三次加密井初含水与可采储量测算方法；研究确立了扩大三次加密调整规模的途径。

Copper contaminated soil was selected, Brassica juncea and Elsholtzia splendens plants were used, then simulation experiment, hydroponic culture, column leaching experiment and pot experiment were conducted to study (1) effects of organic chelants on the Cu specition in soil solution and soil soild phase;(2)Effect and mechanism of organic chelants on plant growth and Cu uptake by plant;(3) nutrient addition on plant growth and Cu accumulation;(4) limitation of chelant in soil;(5) Desolving on nutrient and heavy metals in soil and their environmental risk by chelant application and (6) effects of degradable organic chelant and microbial materials on plant growth and phytoremediation efficiency of Cu contaminated soil.

选择铜污染土壤，利用印度芥菜和海州香薷植物，通过室内模拟试验、水培试验、土柱淋溶试验、温室盆栽试验，开展了以下六方面的工作：（1）有机络合剂对土壤铜固-液相形态、浓度变化的影响；（2）有机络合调控对对植物生长与铜吸收的影响及其机理；（3）养分调控对植物生长和铜积累的影响；（4）有机调控剂的作用时限；（5）有机物对土壤养分、重金属的络合溶解和淋溶作用与环境风险；（6）可降解络合剂及微生物菌剂对海州香薷修复污染土壤的效应。

实验结果表明氧氟沙星用盐酸作溶剂在紫外区有最大吸收，最大吸收波长为293nm，在测定范围内（1－8μg／ml）浓度与吸光度呈线性关系；药用辅料对浦耳液中氧氟沙星的含量测定无干扰；稳定性试验表明光、热对氧氟沙星滴耳液（pH＝6－7）的含量影响不大，根据加速试验和室温留样试验可将本品有效期定为二年。
