The theory and application is explained in this paper. Software XMGREDIT5 matching ELCIRC is used to generate unstructured grid, and is considered fit for ocean but rivers. Tidal current is simulated and validated well, and sensitivity of current structure to bathymetry is visible. Affection of wind is qualitatively analyzed here. At the same time the model is improved on as required, like the tidal open boundary which could choose not only long period harmonic constant but also short period harmonic constant and tidal level, and multi-point results and flow field data could be exported effectively with binary results.

本文介绍了ELCIRC的理论及使用；基于其在Linux平台下的软件XMGREDIT5生成全三角形网格并评价其特性，认为XMGREDIT5较适合大范围海域而不适用于河道；应用ELCIRC模型计算了长江口的潮流场并进行验证，结果与实测资料吻合良好，且能较好地模拟出地形变化对水流结构的影响；文中对于风场的影响作了定性分析，同时根据实际需要对模型作了改进，如将仅支持长期资料调和常数的开边界条件改为可选择的短期调和常数边界和潮位边界，使二进制格式结果文件数据输出可以处理多点数据及流场等等。

Results: Of 59 superficial bladder cancer samples, sensitivity tests were successfully performed in 45 samples, and the others failed, the successful rate was 76.3%.Diversity of inhibiting rates of antitumor drugs was observed in samples from different individuals. Except MTX in stage of G1 and G3, no correlation has been found between the phenotype of sensitivity assay and the pathological grade and stage. Sensitivity and mean inhibiting rates of antitumor drugs in the primary group were notedly higher than that in the recurrent group.The combination of two therapy agents, which have different mechanisms or different cell-cycle targets, showed significantly more sensitivity and higer mean inhibiting rates than single one in superficial bladder cancer in different individuals.

结果：14例失败，45例获得成功，总体可评价率为76.3％，不同抗癌药物对不同个体膀胱癌的抑制率存在明显差异；除MTX对膀胱癌G1和G3级平均抑制率差异有统计学意义外，其它抗癌药物对不同个体膀胱癌细胞的平均抑制率与膀胱癌的病理分级、分期均无关；抗癌药物对初发膀胱癌的敏感率和平均抑制率均高于复发膀胱癌；两种不同作用机制的抗癌药物联合应用对不同个体膀胱癌细胞的敏感率和平均抑制率均高于单一药物，二者敏感率和平均抑制率差异有统计学意义。

For some rock slopes, which have not distinct failure surface, but have complicated structure or load on the top and so on, a stability analysis of this type slopes by finite element method is presented, the failure surface is defined by certain rule or strain zone from the computed model, and then the safety factor of the rock slope is abtained by finite element method and limit equilibrium methodAt last, using ANSYS , a famous commercial finite element analysis software, a example of high-steep slope which is bearing the load of the LongGe Mansion is presented, the stability of this slope is studied, as a paradign the the stability evalution of complicated high-steep slope under the action of load of building , the chapter gives some meritable reference in stability assessment of rock slopes using numerical simulation by three-dimension elastic-plastic finite element.

并用有限单元法建立边坡的具体模型，应用折减边坡岩体参数、逐级施加荷载等与边坡工作环境相似的方法进行模拟计算，根据计算结果，采用一定的判别准则或图形可视化方法，确定出边坡的滑裂面，再采用刚体极限平衡法或有限单元法计算其安全系数；最后，通过某一工程实例，用大型有限元程序对边坡在建筑物荷载作用下的稳定性进行分析研究，并以此作为计算分析复杂高边坡在高层建筑物作用下的稳定性评价的一个范例，在采用有限元弹塑性数值模拟岩质边坡稳定性方面提供一些有价值的参考。

Risk and maneuverability analysis on engineering design is widely used to conduct security appraisal abroad. The potential risks might be caused by technical parameter deviation, failure and faulty operation of facilities and pipelines in the system were normally analyzed along with the reason why deviation and faulty operation occurred. The acceptable risk was then appraised according to the results, reasons and designed protective facilities. Later, the security countermeasures and solutions were brought forward purposively to further modify and refurbish the security design and operation management.
