Important advance was made to Celastrus and ceangulin V after 20 years studies, but the target of Celangulin V was not verified and the metabolic dynamic of Celangulin V in organism was not touched because of the technique difficulty in testing and analysis of trace Celangulin V in organism. It will solve the difficulty that establishing the immunoassay of Celangulin V. The immunoassay of Celangulin V including the synthesis of artificial antigen, the preparation of antiserum, the immunoanalysis location of Celangulin V and the quantitative immunoassay of Celangulin V were studied systematicly in this paper.

Our experiments confirmed that two known inhibitors DRB and A3 Inhibited the activity of purified recombinant human CK2 holoenzyme, and that quercetin, its derivatives and some tyrphostins exerted stronger inhibitory effect on CK2 than DRB and A3. These results provided important experimental basis and a simple screening method for the development of more effective inhibitors of CK2 and their clinical application in the future.

We proceeded to do a case study, by the use of a mechanical horse made by Joba EU-6441, Matsushita Electric Industrial Co., Ltd., Japan. This mechanical horse is designed according to the movement pattern of a real horse. The seat is designed to move in a pattern based on the figure of eight. Many clinics begin to adopt the mechanical horses as treatment tools, but its effectiveness in children with ADHD remains unknown.
