T is phenotypically similar to the systemic acquired resistance induced by the infection of pathogens, and with the same efficiency but without hypersensitive response and visible symptoms in plant as SAR, which is helpful to open a new way to develop and improve safer and environmentally friendly strategies for plant protection.

SR具有非特异性、广谱性和系统性，其在表型上与病原菌侵染激发的系统获得抗性相似，具有同样的效率；但在寄主植物上不发生过敏性坏死反应，无可见症状，为发展和改善更加安全而环境友好的植物保护策略开辟了新的思路。

RESULTS: After 24 hours of preinduction, cells changed from spindle to polygonal or irregular, with many short rod-shape processes and 2-3 nucleoli. Whirlpool shape growth disappeared, and was disordered. After 1-3 hours of induction, cells gradually became round, with significant cell contraction, strong refraction, bipolar or pluripolar processes connected each other into a net. After 5 hours of induction, grades one and two branches were detected.

结果：预诱导24 h，胞体由原来的长梭形变成多角形或不规则形，伸出多个短棒状突起，可见2~3个核仁，细胞间漩涡状生长趋势消失，排列无规律；诱导1~3 h，细胞逐渐变圆，胞质收缩明显，折光性增强，双级或多极的突起互相连接呈网状；诱导5 h，突起出现一、二级分支。

Pulsatory blood flow signals within the tumor were observed in HCC 82(91.1%)and "basket"pattern was found in 65(72.2%).

原发性肝癌组中82个病灶可见搏动性血流信号(91.1%)，其中65个为&篮网&状(72.2%)。

Diffuse, tiny punctate calcified spots within the tumor were well demonstrated on CT and ultrasound, which have not been seen in most DSCTs reported before.

Results Six FTAs presented with tubular cystic adnexal masses(n=4) and fallopian tube wided(n=2), with thicked, enhancing wall, thin internal septa and pyosalpinx on computed tomography.

结果 单纯输卵管脓肿6例，CT表现附件区管状囊性肿块4例和输卵管增粗2例，管腔内可见小分隔、积脓，管壁增厚且明显强化。

Objetive:To investigate the histopathological features and detect the mutation of JAK2V617F in PV、ET and IMF;to analyze the effects of the stages of myelofibrosis and the mutation on the number of leucocyte in PV and ET patients;Methods: the morphological features of 69 patients who dignosed in the first time were studied by HGF and Gomori stains ; the mutation of JAK2V617F was detected in 38 blood or marrow samples of PV、ET and IMF patients by real-time PCR;the effects of the stages of myelofibrosis and the mutation on leucocytes were analyzed;Results: Different stages of reticulin were observed in 15 PV and 15 ET patiens'marrow sections,and the cytosis、the pleomorphism and the bone trabecula side location of megakaryocytes were observed in all PV、ET and IMF patients;the means of leucocyte in patients with and without JAK2V617F were 20.4×109/Land 11.4×109/L respectively;the P value was 0.367 as comparing the leucocytes among different stages of reticulin increasing.

目的：探讨PV、ET、IMF患者的骨髓病理特点并且检测JAK2V617F突变的发生率，分析骨髓中纤维增生程度以及JAK2V617F对PV、ET患者白细胞数的影响；方法：69例初诊患者的骨髓切片经HGF染色以及Gomori染色后进行形态学研究；并利用real-time PCR法测38例患者的骨髓或者外周血的JAK2V617F突变；分析骨髓切片中纤维组织增生程度以及JAK2突变对患者白细胞数的影响；结果：15例PV和15例ET患者的骨髓切片中可以观察到不同程度的纤维组织增生，所有PV、ET、IMF患者骨髓病理中可见到巨核细胞增多、巨核细胞多形性改变以及巨核细胞定位于骨小梁旁；12例PV、4例ET、4例IMF中检测到JAK2V617F；有突变和无突变患者发病时白细胞数均值分别为20.4×109/L和11.4×109/L，比较不同纤维增生程度的PV、ET患者的白细胞数均值，P值为0.367。

Results The level of antibodies against monocytes (34.94%) were higher than that of the antibodies against lymphocytes (26.67%) in pretransplant patients. The level of antibodies in first time transplant patients (32.5%) was lower than that of antibodies in retransplant patients (59.7%). The patients with intensity of antibodies against monocytes PRA more than ≥50% only accounted for 1.87%, 10%＜ MPRA ＜50% for 17.62% and MPRA ＜10% 15.44%,respectively.

结果 肾移植术前患者的抗单核细胞抗体水平较抗淋巴细胞抗体水平高，其百分比分别为34.94%和26.67%；而从患者初次和再次肾移植前的比较中可见，初次比再次产生的抗单核细胞抗体水平要低，其百分比分别为32.05%和59.7%；对于抗单核细胞抗体群体反应性抗体的强度，MPRA≥50%的只占1.87%，而50%＜MPRA＞10%以及MPRA＜10%的分别占17.62%和15.44%。

The level of antibodies in first time transplant patients (32.5%) was lower than that of antibodies in retransplant patients (59.7%). The patients with intensity of antibodies against monocytes PRA more than ≥50%only accounted for 1.87%, 10%MPRA50%for 17.62%and MPRA10%15.44%,respectively.Conclusion Before renal transplantation, the detection of MPRA level could predict the occurrence of rejection in renal transplantation.

Immunohistochemical assay were performed with HGV NS5 McAb. Results One of four samples showed positive staining, some of which located in cytoplasm and some of which in cytonucleus and cytomembrane. The number of positive staining cells are not more. More of them disrtibuted scatteredly, some of them located.

结果 1例呈阳性染色，光镜观察显示：特异染色大部分定位于肝细胞胞浆中，部分有核着色和膜型染色，呈黄色或棕黄色颗粒状，阳性细胞数量少，大多散在分布，部分呈灶性分布；阳性细胞周围可见较多淋巴细胞浸润。
