1-抗胰蛋白酶缺乏症可见典型的病理变化是经 PAS 染色，可见肝细胞内有圆形红染半透明的玻璃样小滴。小滴是肝内α1-抗胰蛋白酶聚集不能被肝细胞排泄而形成的。

Cases complicated with hemorrhage in angiomyolipoma or perirenal. High or low density image was seen in kidney with typical AML.

典型者CT表现为肾内密度不均匀肿物，其内可见脂肪密度，1例不典型者可见病灶内少量脂肪。

Results:Demonstrated that the fat pad and synovium showed small vascular dilatation after injury, vascular congestion and small pieces of hemorrhage;interstitial edema of the fat,lymphoc yte,plasmocyte,mastocyte and macrophage infiltration;cellular and villus like pr oliferation on the synovium of fat pad surface.

RESULTS:①MRI scanning from coronal section: after 10 mL contrast-medium injection, in the center of medial knee joint, high visual signal was seen in the cavity of joint; after 15 mL contrast-medium injection, scanning between femora and patella, high visual signals were observed; after 20 mL contrast-medium injection, scanning by posterior internal and external condyle of knee, high visual signals were found in 80% of internal and external recess of posterosuperior of thighbone.
