Results:(1)The primary cells in cultured were observed from the edge of the cultured tissues after 10-15 days. The cultured cells were round , oval, fusiform and multiangular.

结果(1)组织块培养10-15天后可见细胞从其边缘向外生长，倒置显微镜下呈梭形、圆形、椭圆形，并有多个突起，电镜下可见表面有较多的微绒毛，细胞间缝隙连接，胞质内见较多次级溶酶体。

Results High homogenous hMSCs were obtained and after co-culture for 5 d with osteoblasts, they fused to form multinuclear cell clusters in micrograph and were postive in TRAP staining. Conclusion The co-culture system method is successful.

结果：体外分离、培养的hMSCs具有独特的细胞免疫学表型，即CD73和CD105阳性， CD34和CD45 阴性。hMSCs与成骨细胞共同培养5 d后，即可见单个核细胞融合成多核细胞，TRAP 染色可见多数细胞胞浆呈酒红色，为诱导成功的破骨细胞。

Results The main histopathologic changes were:① experimental group: inflammatory cell infiltration (1W); inflammatory cell disappearance, fibroblast and capillary tachyauxesis, osteoid tissue and small amount neoformative bone tissue appearance (2 W); fibrous tissue decrease, neoformative bone tissue enlarging and maturity (1～3 M).

结果① 实验组：术后1周，骨缺损区周围有炎性细胞浸润，可见牙槽骨变性坏死；术后2周，炎性渗出明显吸收，成纤维细胞、毛细血管生长活跃，可见骨样组织和少量骨组织；术后1～3个月，新生骨组织范围扩大，钙化程度加强。

Many osteoid were formed around metal surface and bone graft remodeling was active in 1 month as shown by nondecalcified section.

大体观察可见6个月时三翼臼植骨区表面与正常骨表面相仿，界限不清，可见三翼臼的翼板被骨组织包埋。

Several appear here as large cells with two or more nuclei that have prominent nucleoli.

旁边可见散在的炎性细胞，其中有单核细胞或有时可见嗜中性粒细胞。

RESULTS: No reparative dentin was formed after 3 days of post-operation. The new-formed reparative dentin and osteodentin were observed after 15 days.

Cases of parosteal osteosarcoma on tibia showed bony tumor, which basilar part accreted surface of bone on X-ray, and vicinity cortical bone hyperplasia and harden, soft tissue mass with focal or cauliflower-like high density tumor bone in it. A lucent zone between the cortex and tumor bone was noticed in 1 case.

发生在胫骨的3例病例中X线表现为基底部附着于骨表面的骨性肿块，邻近骨皮质增生硬化，软组织内可见团状和菜花状不规则高密度瘤骨，其中1例与骨皮质关系密切病例可见到骨皮质与肿瘤骨之间有一透亮带。
