At 6h after ischemia both MRI were found to indicate definite infarct foci in the caudate nucleus and the lentiform nucleus,mass effect was seen too.Histopathologic findings:At 2h after ischemia,electro microscope revealed the changes of ischemia and edema.At 4h after ischemia,the photomicroscope demonstrated the changes of ischemia edema and the electromicroscope indicated the damage to blood brain barrier.

结果 梗塞2h MRI T2加权可见尾状核头部、豆状核信号增高；6h MRI可见尾状核、豆状核形成明确梗塞，并出现占位征象。2h电镜下已有缺血水肿改变，4h光镜下出现脑缺血水肿改变，电镜下见到血脑屏障受损。

ERK positive cell mainly distributed at nucleus of solitary tract, ambigous nucleus, and positive fibers and cells mainly distributed at medullary visceral zone, nucleus of solitary tract and ambigus nucleus. These positive cells formed an isolated zone from nucleus of solitary tract via medullary visceral zone to SP5, which could be seen using immunohistochemical stain. Positive cells and fibers also distributed at the projection from pneumogastric nerve to the stem.

结果 伤后大鼠均即刻出现原发昏迷，其中2只于损伤后20 min内死亡，余持续时间1-30 min不等；伤后大鼠呼吸节律紊乱，瞳孔对光反射减弱或消失，醒后均有程度不等的反应性下降，肢体活动迟缓；肉眼可见广泛蛛网膜下腔出血或脑室出血；光镜下可见皮髓交界区、胼胝体区、脑干、小脑白质等部位的神经轴索有不同程度的肿胀、断裂、轴索球形成，后期有小胶质细胞增生，局部呈巢样聚集。

A new parallel-epiphyseal cartilaginous tissue was found in the subcutaneous tissue 4 weeks after operation. The tissue was stained with HE, toluidine blue, safranine O and collagenⅡ. 结果1、HE染色结果：可见后天性胆脂瘤上皮的细胞层次增多，上皮内及上皮下有不同程度的急性、慢性炎细胞浸涧；上皮下有时可见胆固醇肉芽肿、死骨与新骨形成、腺体化生等病理改变。

There were high density images shaped as rope and slip in lungs of model control group rats and the pleura near the images were a little thickening. In MTX treated group, there were high density images shaped as slice along pulmonary veins. The veins of the blood vessels were obscure and the edges were unclear. In TPT treated group,there were multiple high density images shaped as tubercle and slice and the boundary were not clear. In XFC treated group, the lungs' outlines were clear and the veins were welldistributed. High density images shaped as spot were found in part lungs.

结果：HRCT表现为模型对照组大鼠肺轮廓欠清晰，肺部血管影扩张，边缘模糊且不规则，两肺有索条状密度增高影，邻近胸膜轻度肥厚；甲氨喋呤组大鼠肺部可见沿着肺纹理分布的斑片状密度增高影，肺血管纹理模糊，边缘不清楚；雷公藤多苷片组大鼠两肺可见多发性结节状及斑片状密度增高影，境界欠清晰；新风胶囊组大鼠肺轮廓清晰，肺纹理分布均匀，部分肺组织显示斑点状密度增高影。
