本文研究将高承载力的桩基，如桩端后注浆钻孔灌注桩、扩底桩、巨型桩等，在软土地区全逆作施工中应用的可行性；分别对于一柱一桩和一桩多桩两种逆作施工竖向承载体系，论证了高承载力的桩基的应用可以加快上部结构施工；总结了全逆作施工中的关键施工技术，如立柱的不均匀沉降、梁柱板墙的节点、一柱多桩的转换梁板等；提出了软土地区高层建筑全逆作施工总体方案制定应遵循的一些基本原则，如主楼群房的逆顺组合、全逆作的逆顺分界选择、挖土方式选择等。

The purpose of this study was to investigate whether if the sex-linked dwarf gene can have similar effect as in the broiler breeder to improve reproductive performance in Red-feathered Taiwan Country Chicken and if it can be applied for commercial production. This experiment used L2 strain males of Taiwan Country Chicken carrying sex-linked dwarf gene to cross with females of Red-feathered Taiwan Country Chicken to produce normal and dwarf types of smaller pullets for this study.

在这项研究工作中，首先分析当前不同类型的数据采集系统实例，包括电力调度SCADA系统，远程视频监控系统等一些数据采集与监控系统；第二，分析不同的数据采集标准，包括OPC，IVI，ODAS等数据采集标准，以及OMG的在工业系统中访问数据的标准界面DAIS RFP；第三，分析当前对等网络技术的应用现状和应用特点，并详细剖析UPnP和JXTA技术的技术内涵；第四，在对数据采集系统和对等网络技术的分析基础上，使用OMG的UML建模将通用数据采集系统规格化，建立基于对等网络的通用数据采集系统规格化的概念模型和基于角色的使用案例模型；第五，在通用数据采集系统规格化基础上，提出几个关键软件设计模式构造基于对等网络的数据采集系统软件框架；最后使用电力系统的应用开发实例来验证通用数据采集系统软件框架的可行性。
