In this paper a new contingency screening and ranking method is formed by combiningiterative filtering screening technology with continuation power flow analysis. Researchingpreventive control policy in reactive power compensation and load control when themargin of stability is serious, and reciprocal math model is given;through the exempleof IEEE39 typical system , the availability of the discussed methods in this dissertationwas approved. Aimed at the real grid, the contingency screening analysis and preventivecontrol policy based on Beijing power grid is discussed;the static voltage stabilityanalysis software based on figure draw of Beijing grid is realized, and the software hasthe junction to BPA .

论文提出了将迭代过滤筛选技术和连续潮流法相结合的事故筛选分析方法；从无功补偿控制和负荷控制两方面研究了系统裕度紧张时的预防控制策略，给出了相应的数学模型；采用IEEE39节点的标准系统算例，验证了本文提出的静态电压稳定事故筛选分析方法的可行性；针对实际电网讨论了基于北京电网的事故筛选分析和预防控制策略；通过与BPA接口实现了基于北京电网图形平台的静态电压稳定分析软件。

Then the author validates thesoftware scientific quality and feasibility by the result data of physical modelexperimentations.

本文系统地介绍了作者研究开发的水力过渡过程可视化仿真软件的原理与方法，该软件把电算法与计算机图形系统结合起来，对水力过渡过程进行定量、直观、同步地动态仿真；然后对糯扎渡水电站引水、尾水系统进行水击与调压室水面振荡仿真，并通过水工模型实验结果验证了该软件的科学性与可行性。

本文立足于中国地震保险现状，对国外有代表性的地震保险制度进行了比较性研究，指出了我国地震保险存在的问题，分析了建立我国地震保险制度的可行性，提出了建立我国地震保险制度的设想，即我国实行政策性保险和商业性保险相结合的方式；建立地震保险专项基金；设立独立的地震保险险种；地震保险采取强制保险的形式；做好地震保险区划；费率实行低保费、宽保面的费率政策，实行差别费率；建立有效的风险分散机制；建立有限责任地震保险赔偿制度。

For understanding the workability and precision of these prediction equations, at first this study not only simulates the MHs of Taipei, Taichung, Kaoshung cities and Kao-ping area but also compares these results with meteorological models of CLAMET and TPAQM. And the comparisons show the high correlation (up to 0.8) between them. When the results of MH prediction equations model are compared with TPAQM, they get higher or lower values than TPAQM. The reasons are that Holzworth method can not concern about the warm and cold advections effect and the upper air data used do not get enough finer space-spread. About the results spread on the domain of my model, they show more different MH fields between the land and the sea around and get more sharply change of the land MHs on daytime than TPAQM.

为了解此预测式之可行性及准确度，本研究针对台北、台中、高雄及高屏地区作混合层高度值的模拟，并将模拟结果与实际观测值、CALMET气象模组及光化学轨迹模式输出结果作比对，结果显示均有0.80以上之高相关性；但与TPAQM计算结果间有明显的高估或低估现象，此为Holzworth method无法考量温度平流效应对混合层发展之影响及探空资料空间解析度不足所致；而在空间分布上，本模式所计算的混合层高度场相较於TPAQM在海陆分布上有较明显的分野，且更能够显示出内陆地区混合层高度的日变化。
