The paper firstly analyses the present condition and development plan of Guangzhou port, especially Nansha Terminal, states the actual situation of the fire fighting vessel in Guangzhou port, illuminates the necessity of building the fire float and researches the hydrometeorological position of the Nansha Terminal water area. In this paper, the present main types of fire floats and the technical feasibility of the chosen vessel are amply analyzed. Moreover, the primary scheme is brought forward and the economic technical capability research is finished. After comparing with the primary scale and optimizing main engine type, the paper tables a proposal for a basic design model and confirms the debriefing.
本文首先分析了广州港尤其是南沙港的现状和发展规划,对广州港消防船的现状进行分析,阐述了南沙港区建造消防船的必要性,对南沙港水域的水文气象情况进行了调研,对当前主要消防船型进行分析,对所选船型的技术可行性进行了研究分析,提出初步方案,并对方案的技术经济性能进行研究,通过对主尺度和主机选型等进行比较优化后最终提出初步的设计方案模型。

The research results indicate that LED integrated photopanel as interior illuminant, which emit monochromic light such as red light(660~680nm)and blue light(430~450nm), not only cover with spectrums absorbed by the plant or algae for photosynthesis, enhance the light energy absorbed by chlorophyll a and the growth of Spirulina platensis, increase greatly microalgal biomass and the its content of photosynthetic pigments; but also decrease enormously the absorption spectrums not need for photosynthesis, save energy at more than 38.75%.

In the preformulation study, the ultraviolet spectrum and HPLC methods for the assay of α-asarone were established firstly and then the physicochemical properties, especially the octanol/water partition coefficient and the solubility in various solvent systems such as alcohol, PEG 400, IPM, octanol were examined. The prediction permeability was then compared with actual transdermal parameters obtained from the in-vitro diffusion study , and feasibility of drug transdermal absorption was then analyzed.
