With the analysis of the framework of MDA and categorization research on all kinds of model transformation methods and languages in existence, analyzing the applications of OCL in MDA considering the characteristic of OCL, three directions is emphatically studied in this paper:First of all, according to the declarative characteristic of OCL, this paper proposes a hybrid model transformation language named Hybrid-OCL by extending OCL from three aspects, the syntax and semantics is also defined. Hybrid-OCL can describe dynamic semantics, store model transformation information in order to support model transformation synchronization, and provides the integrated model transformation program framework.

A communication network of substation automation system constructed on CAN bus is presented and confirmed. Secondly, the dissertation discusses the main structure of substation automation system, as well as the content and request of substation digital communication. According to this, it gives the project of constructing the substation CAN communication network and the communication protocol. And according to different requests of power system, it makes research and tests of the calculation of the communication parameters in the network. Communication manager is the key to communication network based on CAN bus.

In this thesis, the AlN thin films were deposited on SiO2/Si and GaN/Sapphire substrates respectively for layered structure SAW devices by Helicon sputtering system. Laser ultrasound system was used to measure the acoustic wave velocity of AlN/SiO2/Si layered structure. Frequency response and insertion loss were measured by an HP8510C vector network analyzer to analysis insertion loss, sidelobe and quality factor. The results showed the possibility of incorporating thin films SAW devices with other semiconductor devices.
