This research explored the possibility and the biological effects of construction of a electro-bioactive coating on the dental implant surface using electrically conductive polymer-polypyrrole . This paradigm proved to be very powerful in combining the principles of surface engineering with electromagnetic therapy in promoting dental implant osseointegration.

本研究探索了利用PPy构建钛基金属种植体表面电生物活性层的可行性，并研究了其对体外培养成骨细胞生物学特征的影响，为钛基种植体的表面改性和生物活性设计提供了一种新思路。

In response to the above-mentioned, there are two objectives of this research.

Based on classifies of the Electronic Business modes, this article deeply studies about four types of tax structures for operating models, studies the prominent problems of traditional collection management mode in business e-commerce and individual e-commerce through positive analysis. At the same time, it researches the countermeasure about business or individual Electronic Business taxation collection management from tax theory, tax policy, tax system, and tax practice, finds the modern tax collection management mode in the Electronic Business environment. The further way, to make the theories more feasible, effective and scientific, it proofreads the new collection management mode through the social investigations, puts forward the corresponding policies and rules which demanded by the Electronic Business taxation collection management mode.

本文在对电子商务环境下的税收理论进行研究的基础上，综述了国内外电子商务税收征管研究成果，针对我国电子商务的发展，对电子商务业务模式进行了分类，深入剖析了四种主要业务模式的税收结构，并以此为切入点，通过实证分析，系统地研究了传统征管模式在企业和个人两大类型的电子商务活动中所存在的税收征管突出问题，同时从税收理论、政策、制度和实践等方面，探究了企业和个人电子商务的税收征管对策，建立了电子商务环境下的税收征管模式；在此基础上，通过社会问卷调查，进一步校正新的征管模式，使其具有可行性、有效性和科学性，进而提出了电子商务的税收征管模式所要求的配套政策和法律。

Metal complex and metallomicelle as model compounds for artificial enzyme have been widely and extensively studied. In this dissertation, a series of homo- and hetero-dinuclear oxamido-bridged complexes have been synthesized, and the catalytic hydrolyses of carboxylic acid esters and phosphate by these complexes have been systematically investigated, and the catalytic mechanisms have also been dissected.

金属配合物及金属胶束作为人工酶的模型化合物受到广泛而深入的研究，本文通过合成一系列的草酰胺桥联同核和异核双核配合物，较为系统地研究了它们催化羧酸酯、磷酸酯水解反应的动力学，探讨了它们的作用机制；同时，本文还探索了将金属胶束这一较为成功的水解酶模拟模型应用于过氧化物酶模拟研究的可行性。

该文针对深层稠油油藏的特点，在对稠油粘温关系和深井举升工艺进行研究的基础上，结合实验室掺稀油降粘效果研究结果，对空心杆泵上和泵下掺稀油举升工艺的可行性进行了研究。

The findings of our analyses confirm the possibility of combining the theories of landscaping security patterns and landscape planning practices. It appears that there are only a few parkways serving as ecological corridors to connect the urban parks in Tainan City, of which the connectivity and circuitry are significantly low. The study suggests several ecological corridor planning alternatives and strategies that will significantly improve the connectivity and circuitry of existing situation.

由实证分析结果显示，本研究所建构之规划方法论具实际操作之可行性；就生态廊道规划而言，本研究发现台南市目前仅以少数公园道作为串连都市公园之生态廊道，其连接度与环通度明显偏低，因此本研究针对研究地区特性，提出本土化生态廊道规划之建议后，发现其连接度与环通度皆明显提升。

The main research tasks and results are as follows:(1) Through comparing the stress intensity factor of compact tension specimen calculated by finite element software with the theoretical value, the feasibility of calculating fracture parameters of crack tip in ABAQUS software was verified.(2) The relationship between the elastic modulus of the material and research scale was studied based on deriving the cohesive stress theory and other relevant theories. And the elastic modulus of the material on meso-scale was determined.(3) Global model and sub-model of the finite element were built in th...e macro-scale, and stress-strain field nearby the crack tip was analyzed, and the results show that the detailed stress-strain in the crack tip could be obtained by using the sub-model technique.(4) In meso-scale, the crack growth model was also established by assuming the crack propagating along the grain boundary, and the detailed stress-strain field in the crack tip was obtained.(5) The effect of crack length on Von Mises stress, and maximum principal stress and strain was analyzed in meso-scale when equivalent KI equals 30MPa.m1/2. And the results show that except for crack tip area, the stress-strain distribution in whole specimen is not affected.

主要完成研究内容和取得成果如下：(1)利用有限元软件计算出紧凑拉伸试样的裂纹尖端应力强度因子KI值，其结果与理论值一致，从而验证了利用ABAQUS计算裂纹尖端相关断裂参量的可行性；(2)在研究内聚应力等相关理论的基础上，推导出了研究尺度与材料弹性模量的近似关系，并确定了介观尺度上的弹性模量；(3)在宏观尺度上建立了全局有限元计算模型和子模型，得到了裂纹尖端应力应变场分布，结果表明利用子模型技术获得比较准确的裂纹尖端应力应变场分布是可行的；(4)在介观尺度上利用平均晶粒尺度的方式建立了裂纹沿晶扩展模型，得到了裂纹尖端断裂过程区的微观应力应变场；(5)当应力强度因子为30MPa.m1/2时，分析了介观尺度上在裂纹沿晶扩展过程中裂纹长度对Mises应力、最大主应力和应变的影响，结果表明，裂纹扩展长度对试样整体应力应变分布影响不大，而对裂纹尖端区域有较大影响；(6)介。。。

On the other hand, The study will present the real distributing inertia parameters of the biped robot on the basis of the input/output system of human mechanics behavior. Futhermore, the principle of bionic stable behavior for a biped robot will be established. It helps to realize synchronous research of both the human body and the biped robot through constructing the biped bionic control system and utilizing reasonably kinetics intervener which maintains body''s self-stability.

利用本研究提出的力平台，可以实现手写过程中动力学与运动学动态信息的获取，利用HMM和DTW算法实现手写信息的分类与解释，建立手写运动模型，证实本研究提出的实验手段和实验方法的可行性，为人体步态动力学和关节运动学信息获取积累了技术和算法基础，为本项目提出的基于人体行走步态探索人形机器人仿生自稳定机制提供研究基础。
