Through the characteristic parameters, the system's real-time moment of inertia is given. Then golden section adaptive control law and logic derivative control law both based on moment of inertia are designed. The two kind of control laws are combined to control the attitude of spacecraft and their simulation results are compared with the ones of PD control law which is designed based on the certainly-known system model. The results show that this adaptive control law is effective on the kind of time-variable system studied in this paper.

A particularly investigation is carried out to the observibility of in-flight alignment using numerical simulation when the aircraft performs four kinds of basic maneuvre, namely linear acceleration, yawing, pitching and rolling. The thesis summarizes the two kinds of maneuvre. Simulation results show that the precision of transform alignment reach 5 minutes in 10 seconds if the aircraft performs two well-defined maneuvres.

Based on the latest achievements of the mechanism of peradaptation to myocardium ischemia and pharmacodic preadaptation up to date, observations were made on 80 patients of acute myocardial infarction to assess the enzymatic dynamics of myocardium, symptoms after myocardial infarction occurred like cardiac rhythm abnormality, anginapectoris, heart failure, cardiogenic shock, reinfarct and the mortality in the hospital. The results indicated that peradaptation to myocardium ischemia is of significance in protecting myocardium, reducing the areas of infarction, abating the cardiac insufficiency after infarction and reducing the abnormality of heart rhythm and significantly ameliorating the prognosis.
