In the event of any termination or nonrenewal of this Agreement pursuant to the terms hereof, DISTRIBUTOR shall not be entitled to any compensation, damages, payment for good will that has been established, severance pay, indemnity or any other amount for any other cause, by reason of the termination of the relationship between x and DISTRIBUTOR, or by reason of the termination of this Agreement or any rights hereunder, despite any applicable law within or without the Territory to the contrary.

万一发生任何终止或不再续签这个协议，出于A与分销商终止关系的原因，或由于这个协议或下文任何权利的终止，不管任何可适用的领域内或相反领域外的法律条款，按照本文件中的条款，分销商没有权利获得任何补偿、损害赔偿、因建立良好意愿所得的报酬、解雇金、保障金或为其它任何原因产生的其他款项。
