The effective prediction space concept is established, On the base of these, this paper deduces two representations' evaluating equation, one evaluates the prediction error and the other evaluates the prediction error in limited space. First, the error transfer characteristic among subsystems at different space locations is analyzed, and the direct transfer characteristic from discrete standard measure space to the workpiece measure space under measured in measure system is proven. Second, the error reconstruction condition and method of mapping from discrete standard measurement system to continuous standard measurespace are analyzed.

The concept of digital life was first presented in computer simulation experiment by Thomas.S.Ray. Based on it, the theory knowledges were introduced such as complex adaptive system and Agent model-building. Then two kinds of different digital lives and their coexistence environment were constructed. Nature lives' most foundational biological phenomenas like reproduction and annihilation were simulated. The interactive behavior between individual and community was observed by visualization windows. Finally, the inscrutability and emergence of the results were attained, and the simulation for two digital lives with Swarm was accomplished.

数字生命的概念是托马斯雷最早在计算机上模拟实验提出的，以此为指导，介绍了复杂适应系统、Agent建模等理论知识，利用Swarm仿真平台构建了两种异类数字生命及共同生存的环境，模拟自然界生命体最基础的繁殖歼灭等生命现象，通过可视化窗口观察生命体个体及群体间的交互行为，得到结果的不可测性和突现性，实现了两种数字生命的Swarm仿真。

The representative minority cultural relic-pottery relic of Buyi minority and the two wooden masks is taken as the research object. Firstly, Hiscanner laser scan detector was adapted for data collection, and then obtain point cloud data which could be recorded on disc for permanent saving was obtianed; Furthermore, the new popular reverse engineering software Geomagic for some disposals of point cloud data was adopted in data condensing, data mending, data filtering, feature line picking up to obtain NURBS surfaces; and then the error between the reconstructed CAD model and the point cloud data was evaluated to guarantee the precision of surface reconstruction to keep the relics keep its original appearance. In the end, the NURBS surfaces are imported to 3D software Solidworks and entities of CAD are generated by surface sewing, mold loft and ablating and other instructions.

选用有代表性的贵州少数民族文物―布依族酒壶、水壶以及木制傩戏面具作为研究对象，采用Hiscanner激光扫描测头对其进行数据采集，扫描得到的点云数据可刻录到光盘上作为文物数据永久保存；更进一步地，采用目前流行的逆向工程软件Geomagic studio对点云数据进行数据精简、数据滤波、数据修补、提取特征线等处理后得到NURBS曲面；为保证曲面模型重建的精度，在曲面重建模型后对其误差评价，通过控制误差的方式指导曲面模型重建，使重建的文物曲面模型能真实完整地反映原状；最后，在功能强大的三维造型软件Solidworks中导人重构的NURBS曲面进行曲面缝合、放样等，将其生成实体CAD模型，并对模型的局部特征进行适当的再设计以实现文物实体模型的优化。

It may not judge whether WSSV could vertically transmit in artemia or not.

Computer micro-vision, Mirau microscopic interferometry, stroboscopic photography and laser Doppler vibrator are integrated into this platform. In-plane and out-of-plane periodic motion characteristics of micro-resonator are measured, and out-of-plane transient motion of micro-mirror is analyzed. In-plane displacement, motion phase and resonance frequency can be measured by integrating computer micro-vision with stroboscopic photography, and the repeatable accuracy of in-plane displacement is 30 nm.

After hot carrier stress, devices were evaluated by using positive bias temperature instability test. With different trends in the time evolution of threshold voltage shift and sub-threshold swing degradation, it is found that electron trapping in the HfO2 is the major reason for the threshold voltage variation. Compared to control devices, devices with fluorine and nitrogen exhibit good passivation at the interface. Devices were measured at an elevated temperature.
