The effects of electroacupuncture on the pressor response and reversible myocardial dysfunction induced by application of bradykinin on the gallbladder were studied in cats anesthetized with α-chloralose. The cardiovascular responses evoked by application of BK included a pressor response, an increase of LVP and its dP/dtmax, tachycardia and a decrease of local wall motion of the left ventricle with a supplying branch of the left anterior descending coronary artery ligated beforehand.

The concept of digital life was first presented in computer simulation experiment by Thomas.S.Ray. Based on it, the theory knowledges were introduced such as complex adaptive system and Agent model-building. Then two kinds of different digital lives and their coexistence environment were constructed. Nature lives' most foundational biological phenomenas like reproduction and annihilation were simulated. The interactive behavior between individual and community was observed by visualization windows. Finally, the inscrutability and emergence of the results were attained, and the simulation for two digital lives with Swarm was accomplished.

数字生命的概念是托马斯雷最早在计算机上模拟实验提出的，以此为指导，介绍了复杂适应系统、Agent建模等理论知识，利用Swarm仿真平台构建了两种异类数字生命及共同生存的环境，模拟自然界生命体最基础的繁殖歼灭等生命现象，通过可视化窗口观察生命体个体及群体间的交互行为，得到结果的不可测性和突现性，实现了两种数字生命的Swarm仿真。

Results indicate that the number of bacteria grown in media LB, CSEA and WSA was 14.84×10^7, 10.27×10^7 and 6.91×10^7 CFU per gram dry soil, respectively, after 192 h of incubation. The diversity index of soil bacteria was the highest in WSA, while the lowest in LB. Certain similarity was discovered in bacteria community between the three media, i. e. the Jaccard index was 57.69% between LB and CSEA, 53.13% between LB and WSA and 66.67% between CSEA and WSA. Phylogenetic analysis suggests that the dominant bacterial groups in the soil belong to β-Proteobacteria,γ-Proteobacteria and Actinobacteria. The sequence of 16S rDNA of some OTUs was found to have high homology with Burkholderiaceae bacterium, Rhodococcus and Mycobacterium, so it is presumed that the cells of these bacteria can secrete Resuscitation-Promoting Factors, which may effectively improve culturability of soil microorganisms.

结果表明，LB、CSEA、WSA培养基192h后每g干土获得的细菌数量分别为14.84×10^7、10.27×10^7和6.91×10^7CFU，但微生物多样性指数以WSA为最高，LB多样性指数最低；三种培养基培养的细菌菌群有一定的相似性，LB和CSEA培养基间的Jaccard指数为57.69%，LB和WSA培养基之间为53.13%，而CSEA和WSA培养基的相似性指数达66.67%；16SrDNA测序结果表明，所获得的土壤细菌优势种群在分类方面主要属于γ-和β-变形杆菌以及放线菌亚门，其中某些OTUs中的16SrDNA序列与Burkholderiaceae bacterium、Rhodococcus和Mycobacterium属具有较高的同源性，推测其细胞能够分泌复苏促进因子，有效地提高土壤细菌的可培养性。

Pparent amino acid digestibilities and true amino acid digestibilities of six feedstuffs (barley,cooking blood meal,fermented blood meal,protein hydrolysate mixed feed,heatextruded collagen protein and local fish meal) and their mixed feeds(J1 and J2) were determined with intact and caecectomized cockerels,using Sibbaled "TME" method,and their additivities were also tested.

本研究以去盲肠鸡和正常鸡按Sibbald的&TME&方法分别测定了皮大麦、蒸煮血粉、发酵血粉、水解复合蛋白、热喷胶原蛋白、国产鱼粉及其配合饲料J1和J2的氨基酸表观消化率和真消化率。并对两种试鸡所测上述饲料原料氨基酸的消化率及其可加性作比较。结果表明：（1）6种饲料原料的某些氨基酸表观消化率和真消化率，去盲肠鸡和正常鸡测值间存在显著差异（P＜0.05）。（2）去盲肠鸡内源氨基酸排出量显著高于正常鸡（P＜0.05）。
