That is: Firstly, the nucleus moved toward cell wall and a picture characteristic of synizesis stage of meiosis appeared; Secdonly, the transmigration of chromatin occured through CC, and a more extensive region constituted of nuclear skeleton left behind chromatin, which was named as"clear spaces" under light microscopy; Thirdly, at the late stage of synizesis, most of chromatin had gone into adjacent cells through CC and fused into a whole, and the nuclear skeleton left in the former cell gradually mixed with cytoskeleton in cytoplasm.

Results HE staining showed that sulindac could inhibit the growth of tumor cells, with the morphological presentations as apoptosis and necrosis including pyknosis, karyorrhexis and chromatin crescent formation, etc. By electron microscopy, cells also had apoptotic characteristics including chromatin crescent formation and apoptotic body. Immunohistochemistry and Western-blot assay results showed that 48 hours after sulindac administration, the expression of NF-κB, bcl-2 and bax gradually decreased, while the level of bax protein gradually increased, in a dose dependence manner.

The chromatin unfolding assay showed that ,like the wild-type transactivation domain, two variants that represent benign polymorphisms did not induce chromatin unfolding or only induced subtle change. Contrary to the behaviors of the wild type and two benign variants, four cancer-predisposing mutations in the transactivation domain superactivate the chromatin unfolding. The results suggest that the chromatin unfolding assay can aid in the characterization of deleterious mutations in the C-terminal transactivation domain of BRCA1 and may provide more reliable presymptomatic risk assessment.

In this paper, The influence of heat set and dyeing on the structure of PTT fiber was investigated by FT-IR, DSC, critical dissolution time. The influence of heat set on the dyeability of PTT fiber was discussed, too. Meanwhile, many experiments on the dyeing performance of PET fiber were carried out. The effect of different dyeing temperature on the uptake and visual color depth value and dyeing characteristics of different dyes with temperature increasing were discussed, and the influence of temperature on the dyeing depth were also evaluated when dyeing for PTT and PET fiber in the same dye bath condition. Especially the kinetics and thermodynamics of dyeing with disperse dyes were mainly studied.
