The paper dyeing with natural pigment form flower of Chinese redbud was studied. The result indicated that the optimal pH value of dyeing was 3.5; the dyed paper was stable to heat and water by adding little amount of NaCl. The pigment can substitute the synthesized product in child product and food packaging paper partly to reduce the harm from synthesized product and meet the requirement of environmental protection.

本课题研究用天然紫荆花色素对纸进行染色是可行的，染色液适宜pH值为3.5，加入少量氯化钠可明显提高染色纸的色彩热稳定性，纸渗水的不褪色性好，染色效果好；天然紫荆花色素代替或部分代替合成色素生产儿童用品和食品包装用彩色纸可明显减少合成色素对人体造成的危害，符合环境对包装材料的要求。

With DGD method, the electron microscopy observation has provided new information on the process of chromatin migration. That is: Firstly, the nucleus moved toward cell wall and a picture characteristic of synizesis stage of meiosis appeared; Secdonly, the transmigration of chromatin occured through CC, and a more extensive region constituted of nuclear skeleton left behind chromatin, which was named as"clear spaces" under light microscopy; Thirdly, at the late stage of synizesis, most of chromatin had gone into adjacent cells through CC and fused into a whole, and the nuclear skeleton left in the former cell gradually mixed with cytoskeleton in cytoplasm.

The main research works in this article are as follows:(1) Studying and analysising special algorithms (such as Genetic Algorithms, Neuual Networks and Simulated Annealing Algorithms) based on the proper K-vertex coloring, and applied to the strong vertex-distinguishing total coloring on complete graph on complete graph, then analysises a series of questions as well as the consequences after the application .

Results HE staining showed that sulindac could inhibit the growth of tumor cells, with the morphological presentations as apoptosis and necrosis including pyknosis, karyorrhexis and chromatin crescent formation, etc. By electron microscopy, cells also had apoptotic characteristics including chromatin crescent formation and apoptotic body. Immunohistochemistry and Western-blot assay results showed that 48 hours after sulindac administration, the expression of NF-κB, bcl-2 and bax gradually decreased, while the level of bax protein gradually increased, in a dose dependence manner.

Results: A 2-AAF/PH model was successfully established to activate the oval cell compartment in rat liver. HOC appeared mainly in periportal areas and could extend into the liver parenchyma. The volume of oval cells was about as big as one forth to one sixth of normal liver cells, with a oval-shaped nucleus and high nuclear/cytoplasm ratio.

The chromatin unfolding assay showed that ,like the wild-type transactivation domain, two variants that represent benign polymorphisms did not induce chromatin unfolding or only induced subtle change. Contrary to the behaviors of the wild type and two benign variants, four cancer-predisposing mutations in the transactivation domain superactivate the chromatin unfolding. The results suggest that the chromatin unfolding assay can aid in the characterization of deleterious mutations in the C-terminal transactivation domain of BRCA1 and may provide more reliable presymptomatic risk assessment.

In this paper, The influence of heat set and dyeing on the structure of PTT fiber was investigated by FT-IR, DSC, critical dissolution time. The influence of heat set on the dyeability of PTT fiber was discussed, too. Meanwhile, many experiments on the dyeing performance of PET fiber were carried out. The effect of different dyeing temperature on the uptake and visual color depth value and dyeing characteristics of different dyes with temperature increasing were discussed, and the influence of temperature on the dyeing depth were also evaluated when dyeing for PTT and PET fiber in the same dye bath condition. Especially the kinetics and thermodynamics of dyeing with disperse dyes were mainly studied.

目前，我国对PTT染色性能方面研究报道还少，本文用傅立叶红外光谱、差热分析、临界溶解时间等分析方法研究了热定型和染色对PTT纤维结构的影响，探讨了热定型对PTT纤维可染性的影响，同时进行了多项PTT纤维的基本染色性能试验，探讨了不同染色温度对上染百分率及表观色深值的影响、不同染料的升温上染特性、不同染料的移染性能和染深性能以及PTT和PET纤维同浴染色时染色温度对它们的染色深度的影响。
