By in situ hybridization, 53BP2 mRNA expression is revealed in tumor cell nests of NPC paraffin sections. The strong positive particles localize in the nuclei of tumor cells; but slight positive signals are also found in tissue cells of chronic nasopharyngitis and connective tissue, such as lymphocytes and smooth muscle cells; There are also positive signals in the nuclei of hyperplastic squamous epithelial cells. However, 53BP1 mRNA expression is not found in nuclei of tumor cells, tissues of chronic nasopharyngitis and connective tissue.

原位杂交结果显示，石蜡切片的鼻咽癌癌巢内，可见53BP2的强阳性表达信号，信号呈紫色颗粒状分布于胞核，核仁清晰可见；而在相同条件下，在慢性鼻咽炎组织和癌旁上皮的结缔组织，也可见弱表达信号，如淋巴细胞和平滑肌细胞；在增生的鳞状上皮细胞的核内，可找到强阳性信号。53BP1在鼻咽癌、慢性鼻咽炎组织和癌旁上皮的结缔组织切片上，均无表达信号。

Mouse monoclonal antibodies against salicylic acid was produced and characterized for the first time. The McAb S2-8F, were derived from an immunogen in which 5-aminosalicylic acid (5-ASA) was conjugated to KLH (hemocyanin from keyhole limpets) through its -NH〓 group. The antibody showed high specificity to SA and even more high specificity to 5-ASA (the cross-reaction is 144. 8％), but very little cross-reactivity with 5-sulfosalicylic acid (0.9％) and 4-aminosalicylic acid (0.3％). Other compounds structurally similar to SA, such as 4-hydroxybenzoic acid, 4-aminobenzoic acid and salicylaldoxime, were not found to exhibit any cross-reactivity.

The major clinical manifestation was lymph node enlargement found in all patients. Skin involvement and osteolysis were not frequent. The characteristic finding was leukemic cells with highly indented or lobulated flower-like nuclei in peripheral blood and bone marrow. ATL cells were CD2,CD3,CD4,CD25 positive and CD8 negative. No specific chromosome abnormality or HLA type was found. Seven of 8 patients examined had HTLV-Ⅰ antibody. The HTLV-Ⅰ provirus genome sequence integrated into host cell DNA was amplified by PCR and confirmed by liquid hybridization. All of these results showed that HTLV-Ⅰ was also the etiological agent of ATL in China. One of the 9 cases of ATL was classified as lymphoma type, one as chronic-type, and the rest as acute type.

结果和结论确诊9例ATL，其临床特征主要为淋巴结肿大，皮损及溶骨改变少见，外周血及骨髓出现典型的花瓣状核淋巴细胞，胞体大，核畸形，免疫表型为CD-1、CD+2、CD3+、CD4+、CD-8，还表达CD25等激活标记，染色体核型及HLA分型未发现有规律性的变化。8例ATL中有7例血清HTLV-Ⅰ抗体阳性，应用PCR及液相杂交法可检出整合到宿主细胞DNA中的HTLV-Ⅰ病毒序列，表明在我国HTLV-Ⅰ也是ATL的病因。9例中1例为淋巴瘤型，1例为慢性型，7例为急性型ATL，治疗效果及预后均不良。
