The results showed: when the content of the flower of Kudzu vine,chrysanthemum, hawthorn,and β-CD respectively was 0.7%、0.2%、0.2% and 0.2%, in which the flavor and taste of the drink could be significantly enhanced;by means of enzyme solution to the hawthorn juice with 1.5mL of pectase at the temperature of 55℃ for 50 min and with the recruitment of the EDTA that was 0.07%,the low-sugar drink of the flower of Kudzu vine became very clear and shinny.

试验结果表明：当主要原料比例分别为葛花0.7%、菊花0.2%、山楂0.2%、β-CD 0.2%，可明显地改善饮料的风味与口感；在55℃使用1.5mL的果胶酶水解山楂汁50min，并辅助添加0.07%的EDTA，可使葛花凉茶饮料清亮、富有光泽。
