The application of low pressure boiling technique could increase wort boiling temperature to 100.5 ℃ and advance protein agglomeration and reduce solidifiable nitrogen content to 0.5 mg/100 mL. Maillard reaction and Brown reaction were strengthened in the boiling, melanoidin and melanoid compound contents increased, wort chromaticity improved, and the oxidation resistance of wort strengthened. Besides, the boiling intensity dropped from 9 %～12 % to 7 %～8 % and boiling time shortened to 10～20 min, which improved production efficiency and saved 20 % energy and improved beer non-biological stability.

采用低压煮沸工艺，可提高煮沸麦汁温度至100.5 ℃，加强蛋白质凝聚，麦汁可凝固氮下降0.5 mg/100 mL；煮沸过程加强了美拉德反应、"棕色反应"，类黑精、类黑素化合物增加，麦汁色度增加，麦汁的抗氧化能力增强；煮沸强度从9 %～12 %降至7 %～8 %，煮沸时间缩短10～20 min，提高生产效率，节约能源20 %；改善啤酒非生物稳定性。

Result 2 adult cases with promontory stimulation thresholds below 10 microampere and one prelingual deaf child show improved speech performance postoperatively.

The researcher provides suggestions for further development in the following eight respects:(1) promote the union catalog of ISBNnet to libraries with limited human resources so as to improve the administration efficiency;(2) integrate the personalized service functions into the library acquisition system in order to provide customized alert services for new publication information;(3) embrace RSS into the library acquisition system to make it easy for library users to request real-time purchase recommendation;(4) add the mechanism for group learning to the library acquisition system to facilitate the sharing of professional knowledge and interaction;(5) appeal to the Central Trust of China in Taiwan to amend the regulation on order arrival rate in the Inter-Entity Supply Contract;(6) advocate the union catalog to include bibliographic records of publications in languages other than Chinese;(7) encourage the library to launch more practices of e-services to enhance administrative efficacy;(8) improve the quality of other library services by employing the action research method in library practices.

本研究并提出八点建议：(1)将全国新书资讯网联合出版书目推广到人力资源缺乏的学校，以提升行政效能；(2)联合出版书目的模式，可推行到其他语文领域；(3)图书采访系统可纳入个人化功能，便於整理个人书讯；(4)图书采访系统可纳入RSS功能，便於读者的即时荐购；(5)图书采访系统可纳入群体学习机制，彼此分享、互动成长；(6)中央信托局的中文图书共同供应契约应纳入到书率的规范；(7)图书馆应导入更多的e化服务，以提高行政效能；(8)应用行动研究法於推动图书馆其他业务的改善，以提升服务品质。

The results showed that the dipped 500dtex nylon 6 bristlelike monofilament net fabric could be used instead of the bead flippers and chafers in 18.4-26 12PR tubeless agricultural tire with R4 block tread patterns,18.00-25 32PR tubeless OTR tire with general block tread patterns and ST205/75D15 6PR tubeless trailer tire to ensure the air tightness of tire,significantly improve the appearance,increase the productivity and decrease the production cost.

结果表明，以500dtex锦纶6浸胶鬃丝网眼布替代胎圈密封胶和胎圈包布应用于18.4-26 12PR块状R4花纹无内胎农业轮胎、18.00-25 32PR通用块状花纹无内胎工程机械轮胎和ST205/75D15 6PR混合花纹无内胎挂车轮胎，在确保轮胎气密性的前提下，可显著改善胎圈外观质量，同时可提高劳动效率，降低生产成本。

These results suggested that 30 d HDT bed rest has induced significant reduction in heart systole function and heart pump function. The limb muscular exercise and the bicycle ergometric exercise to some extent can improve the heart systole function; however, the bicycle ergometric exercise was better.

结果提示，30 d头低位卧床可引起心脏收缩泵血功能下降，下肢肌力训练和自行车功量计训练可在一定程度上改善心脏收缩功能，其中自行车功量计训练的对抗效果更佳。

The cardiac systole and pump functions decrease significantly during 30 d HDT bed rest. The limb muscular exercise and the bicycle ergometric exercise may improve the cardiovascular system to some extent. Further, the bicycle ergometric exercise is the better one.

Based on biological experiments, mango glycoside is used as raw material; under the condition with phenol and hydroiodic acid, carbon-carbon bonds are broken to produce the crude product of mango aglycone; the crude product is separated and purified through silica gel column chromatography so that the mango aglycone is separated; the yield rate reaches 12 percent, the purity is higher than 95 percent, and the reproduction performance is good; the IGTT of C57BL/6 normal mice is effectively improved with the norathyriol; and simultaneously the quantity of insulin secretion induced by glucose in vivo for the C57BL/6 normal mice can be improved with the norathyriol.
