体外实验结果表明：一定浓度的硒作用HP后，HP菌落数量随着硒浓度的增加而减少，菌落颜色由灰白色变为砖红色，溶血现象随硒浓度的增加和作用时间的延长而逐渐消失，HP的形态由弯曲形变为球形或椭圆形，鞭毛及菌毛出现脱落现象；硒对尿素酶、过氧化氢酶、碱性磷酸酶活性无影响或影响不明显；一定浓度的硒能使表达VacA的pET32a-vacA-E.coli BL21工程菌产生脂溶性砖红色色素，颜色随硒浓度增加而加深；一定浓度的硒通过抑制pET32a-vacA-E.coli BL21工程菌的生长，减少重组VacA表达量，但不影响其空泡毒活性及编码基因序列；纯化后的VacA重组蛋白可被VacA抗体识别，具有良好的抗原性。

In order to make the signal adapt to computer processing, a threshold circuit with Schmitt characteristic and the data process following threshold are given. At last, some key problems in application are given.

潜艇潜望镜的镜筒在航行时受到水的阻力会产生弯曲变形，这种变形会造成潜艇对星体测量的误差；由于镜筒结构的特殊性，对其弯曲程度的测量只能采用非接触方法；首先从结构和光路方面介绍采用线阵CCD作为检测元件实现对镜筒弯曲程度的测量；其次以东芝公司的线阵CCD（TCD1501C）为例阐述了其工作原理及驱动时序的控制要点，并介绍了基于可编程逻辑器件的线阵CCD的驱动电路；线阵CCD输出的信号中含有共模干扰，必须采用差分放大器将其抑制；为将信号转化为适合计算机处理的数字信号，文中给出了有一定实用价值具有施密特特性的二值化处理电路及二值化后的数据处理过程；最后阐述了在实际使用中的一些关键问题。

Chitosan flocculated mixed solution of pectin, protein and polyphenol, and the floccule was white, having a network structure.

用果胶-蛋白质-丹宁酸混合体系作为猕猴桃原果汁的模拟体系研究结果表明：1、果胶溶液中果胶分子聚集物呈中空球形均匀分散；2、果胶／牛血清白蛋白混合溶液中的球形粒子有两种：粒子中央光线可透过，照片上呈环形；粒子的中央包含有单个或多个球形粒子的聚集体，认为粒子的中央是蛋白质，外层是果胶；3、果胶的存在抑制或减弱了蛋白质-丹宁酸之间的相互作用，果胶起到防止蛋白质-多酚产生沉淀的作用，增强了溶液的稳定性；4、壳聚糖加入果胶-蛋白质-丹宁酸混合溶液中时，可以絮凝果胶-蛋白质-丹宁酸混合溶液，溶液中出现白色的网状絮凝物。

对上述违规模式，从银行内部提高管理及业务水平方面，本文提出了针对性的风险防范措施，可有效地将违规的苗头扼杀在贷前调查过程中；从央行及银监会角度，可以通过建立同业信息沟通网络、严格控制房产信贷比重、加大违规惩戒力度等手段抑制房地产违规信贷的发展；而最根本的，政府应当引导房地产开发企业寻找新的融资渠道来促进房地产行业稳定和健康的发展，包括改善大型地产企业的债务融资结构、发展房地产投资信托基金及推动房产抵押证券化等方式形成房地产多元化融资的格局，这样，房地产违规信贷模式也就不攻自破了。

Results:Whith the time and doses of ART incubation extended, ART significantly inhibited the proliferation of SGC-7901 cells and the inhibited effect shows dose-and -time-dependent. Obvious changes of apoptotic morphology were observed by invert microscope, fluorescence microscope, scanning electron microscope and transmission electron microscope, they showed that cells had marked nuclear condensation or the fragmentation of chromation as well as apoptotic , mitochondrial edema and vesicle , with the time of incubation extended , the proliferation rate become slow and the volume became small and transformed. FCM assay indicated that most of the cells were arrested in Go/Gi and the apoptotic peak appeared. During the prolong of incubation time, the apoptosis rate was increased. At the same time, the number of S and G2/M phase cells were decreased. The result of TUNEL indicant that there are apoptosis and necrosis.

结果：随着药物浓度的增加和作用时间的延长，蒿甲醚对胃癌SGC-7901细胞的抑制作用呈时间和浓度依赖关系：在倒置显微镜、荧光显微镜、扫描电镜和透射电镜下可观察到典型的凋亡细胞的形态改变，表现为：核固缩或染色质边聚或凝聚成大块状，可见凋亡小体，线粒体肿胀增殖，严重的空泡化，随作用时间的延长，细胞增殖速度减慢，细胞体积缩小变形；流式细胞术显示胃癌SGC-7901细胞出现明显的凋亡峰，随着作用时间的延长，其凋亡率逐渐升高，细胞周期阻滞在G_0/G_1期，S及G_2/M期细胞数大量减少；流式细胞术TUNEL检测结果显示细胞凋亡和坏死同时存在。

Numerical Simulation and Experimental Investigation on A Thermoacoustic Engine with Tapered Resonance Tube A symmetrical standing-wave thermoacoustic engine with tapered resonance tube has been numerically simulated with liner thermoacoustics. The simulation shows that using tapered resonance tube in thermoacoustic engine could decrease the velocity amplitude and lower the total acoustic power loss in the resonance tube. The experimental results indicate that the harmonic was suppressed effectively by using the tapered resonance tube, and the pressure ratio was improved.

采用锥形谐振管的热声发动机的数值模拟和实验研究利用线性热声理论，对一台采用锥形谐振管的驻波型热声发动机进行了数值模拟，发现采用锥形谐振管可有效降低工质气体的速度振幅，进而减小在谐振管中声功率的损失；与一台在相同频率下工作的采用等直径圆柱谐振管的驻波型热声发动机进行了实验对比，结果表明，在使用锥形管作为谐振管的热声发动机系统中，谐振管中的非线性效应得到了明显的抑制，热声发动机在基频模式下稳定运行，压比增大而加热温度降低。

Then, aerodynamic parameters in different flight conditions are used to imitate the uncertainty of the system, and the digital simulation of closed-loop system designed is performed. The results show that the system can accomplish asymptotic decoupling of roll angle, sideslip angle and head-on angle for aircraft, and the system is provided with the function for restraining uncertainty in the system. This illustrates that the flight control system designed has not only good decoupling characteristic, but also better robustness.

然后用不同飞行条件下的空气动力参数变化来模拟系统的不确定性，并进行闭环系统数字仿真，结果表明，所设计的控制律不仅可实现对飞机滚转角、侧滑角、迎角等的渐近解耦控制，而且对系统不确定性具有较强的抑制作用，说明系统具有较好的解耦性和较强的鲁棒性。
