Methods Cell culture,flow cytometry,HE staining,Nigrosine staining and electron microscopy were used. Results (1)ATP could inhibit the proliferation of U937 cells with inhibition rate over 43% after 48hour ATP treatment;(2)ATP treated U937 cells numbers increased obviously in G1 phase,and apoptosis peak appeared before G1 phase,apoptotic cell number was 3.4% for 24hour,and was 22.7% for 48hour of ATP treated U937 cells;(3) Nuclear chromatin condensed into sperical masses bound cytoplasma membrane formed apoptotic bodies which is shed from membrane surface into intercellular medium;(4) Apoptotic bodies were nigrosine staining negtive.

结果 (1)ATP对U937细胞的增殖有明显的阻抑作用，加药48h后增殖的抑制率可达43%以上；(2)ATP处理的U937细胞周期发生改变，G1期细胞数明显增多，ATP作用24h时G1期前出现亚二倍体峰——凋亡峰，凋亡细胞数为3.4%，作用48h时凋亡细胞数增多为22.7%；(3)ATP处理的U937细胞首先在核内染色质浓缩成半月形贴近核膜，逐渐向核膜外移动，进入胞浆内再移向质膜内外面，紧贴质膜外面再逐步脱离细胞体，进入细胞基质中，成为游离的凋亡小体。

Experimental results indicated tobacco seedlings became more vigorous while leaves exceeding 5cm were cut by 1/3, showing more obvious overcompensation responses, and these seedlings grew quickly after transplanted, there quality and production value were increased.

试验表明，剪叶时剪去5cm以上叶片的1/3有利烟苗产生超越补偿效应，可明显提高烟苗的成苗素质，促进烟株的早生快发，提高烟叶的烤后产值和质量；剪叶程度增加，明显降低烟苗成苗素质，抑制烟株的生长；不剪叶则导致烟株严重早花。

Results: Among 32 tested MNs, depolarizing responses(excitatory postsynaptic potential, EPSP) were elicited by cVLF stimulation in 21 MNs, hyperpolarizing response (inhibitory postsynaptic potential, IPSP) in 1 MN, and IPSP preceded by EPSP in 4 MNs. The cVLFEPSPs were stimulus intensity-dependent, and could be abolished by low Ca(superscript 2+)/high Mg(superscript 2+) solution. compared with iVLF-EPSPs, cVLF-EPSPs showed longer latency (P.001). The cVLF-IPSP presented with membrane potential-dependent property and was eliminated by the perfusion of picrotoxin (30 μmol/L) and strychnine (1.0 μmol/L).

结果：在32个测试的MNs，观察到cVLF电刺激可在21个MNs上诱发去极化反应（即cVLF性兴奋性突触后电位，cVLF-EPSP），在1个MN上诱发超极化反应（即cVLF性抑制性突触后电位，cVLF-IPSP），在4个MNs上诱发cVLF-EPSP后复合有cVLF-IPSP的反应。cVLF-EPSP具有刺激强度依赖性、被低钙高镁溶液取消的特性，与i VLF性EPSP相比，有潜伏期较长的特点(P.001)。cVLF-IPSP呈膜电位依赖性，并被印防己毒素(30μmol/L)及士的宁(1.0μmol/L)取消。

The main results were as follows:An appropriate concentration of ethephon sprayed on leaves of peanut made stems and branchs height shorter,but more branches;The fresh weight and dry weight per unit of leaf area and per plant increased;It optimized some physiological and biochemical characteristics in the leaves.It was showed that the ethephon increased obviously the contents of protein and chlorophyll and the activity of SOD and POD in the leaves,and improved the rates of photosynthesis and transpiration of the leaves,and increased the activity of the roots,but decreased the content of MDA in the leaves;It improved the quantity of pods,the percentage of plumy pods and the peanut yield.

结果表明：喷施适宜浓度的乙烯利可使植株相对矮化，抑制花生地上部分的生长，使主茎和分枝长比对照短，但分枝数较多；提高单位叶面积鲜重、干重以及植株鲜重、干重；优化花生植株的生理生化特性，表现为显著提高了花生叶片的蛋白质含量和叶绿素含量及SOD和POD活性，增强了花生叶片的光合速率和蒸腾速率，增强了主根活力，降低了花生叶片的丙二醛和可溶性糖含量；提高植株的单株结荚数、饱果率和产量。

The calibration curve of the SM2-Kit with standard SM2 inhibitor was typical sigmoid curve fitted to the four parameter logistic equation with the linear detection of 0.625 μg/L to 80.0 μg/L (R2=0.9911), the sensitivity of 0.9 μg/L, the IC50 of 5.82 μg/L and the detection limit of 1 μg/L. The recoveries of SM2 spiked in pig feed were 83.4 %, in pig urine were 89.5 %. The precision and accuracy of the assay as determined by inter-assay and intra-assay coefficient variation was both below 15 %. The SM2-Kit generally had 2.08 % cross-reactivity towards sulfamerazine and little or no cross-reactivity towards other sulfonamides. The dilution solution of SM2 had no effect on results of SM2-Kit. The validity of SM2-Kit in 4 ℃ was above six months.
