The correlation of rock drillability in perpendicular and parallel directions of the bedding plane of core samples was analyzed by means of mathematical statistics.

用数理统计的方法分析了垂直于层面和平行于层面岩石可钻性的相关关系，用垂直于层面岩石可钻性的评价方法评价了平行于层面岩石可钻性，由此导出根据垂直于层面岩石的可钻性评价地层可钻性各向异性的模型。

The velocities of ultrasonic wave and rock drillability are measured in perpendicular and parallel directions of the bedding plane of core samples which were cut from the approach hole of Chinese continental scientific drilling. Rock drillability index and P-wave velocity anisotropy coefficient are calculated from the testing data; and the results are discussed.

通过室内实验分别测定了岩芯垂直于和平行于地层层面方向的可钻性及声波速度，得到了岩石可钻性各向异性指数和波速各向异性系数，并对结果进行了讨论。

Correlation of drillability anisotropy index of the roller cone bit and PDC bit, the difference between drillability of the roller cone bit in perpendicular and horizontal directions of the bedding plane with the P-wave velocity anisotropy coefficient are studied respectively by means of mathematical statistics. A mathematical model is established for predicting drillability anisotropy index by using P-wave velocity anisotropy coefficient.

用数理统计方法研究分析了牙轮钻头岩石可钻性各向异性指数、牙轮钻头垂直于和平行于地层层面方向岩石可钻性差值和PDC钻头岩石可钻性各向异性指数与纵波波速各向异性系数的相关关系，建立了用纵波波速各向异性系数评价地层可钻性各向异性的模型。

The dose-response curve of histamine was shifted parallely to the right. pA2 was 9.34±0.61. The guinea-pigs were effectively reduced the rate of histamine induced death, decreased reaction extent of shock (P＜0.01) and prolonged latency period of shock (P＜0.05) by orally administered cetirizine ranged from 0.1, 0.2 and 0.4 mg.kg-1. The capillary permeability to intracutaneous injection of histamine was potently inhibited by orally administered cetirizine ranged from 0.0625 to 0.25 mg.kg-1 in mice, blue area obviously decreased (P＜0.01), and dose-response curve existed obviously. In which the effect of these dosage groups were superior to the group of chlorphenamine.

结果：西替利嗪3×10-8～3×10-7mol.L-1可剂量依赖性地对抗组胺引起的肠肌收缩，使组胺的量效曲线平行右移，pA2为9.34 ± s 0.61，西替利嗪0.1，0.2及0.4 mg.kg-1口服给药时，能明显减轻豚鼠静脉注射组胺所致休克反应的严重程度(P＜0.01)，并可延长豚鼠惊厥反应的潜伏期及降低死亡率(P＜0.05)，西替利嗪0.0625～0.25 mg.kg-1口服给药可显著对抗组胺引起的小鼠皮肤血管通透性的增高，使蓝染面积显著缩小(P＜0.01)，且存在明显的量效关系，3个剂量组的作用均优于氯苯那敏组。

After certifying the irreality of ideal filtering function, we can get a better filter selecting a proper window function. Comparing two actual filters, we designate a good"Panama hat"filtering function. Meanwhile, an effectively linear interpolating function is introduced to raise the image reconstruction quality. Describing its realizing steps on the micro-computer briefly, we reconstructed some images from the anlogue projections of some models. The number of projection views is 180, 100 same interval parallel lines per view; the size of reconstructed images is 64×64 pixels with 64 gray levels; the reconstructing speeds are 40" on PC-386 and 12"on PC-486, respectively; each pixel is 0.31mm.

在证明了理想滤波器的不可实现性之后，得知通过选择适当的窗函数可获得很好的滤波函数，经过两个实际滤波器的效果对比，我们选取了较好的"巴拿马帽"形滤波函数，同时也介绍了一个有效的提高重建质量的线性内插函数，概要地叙述了平行射束图象重建的计算机具体实现步骤后，对几个物体的模拟投影数据进行了重建：投影角为180°，每视角下有100个平行投影数据点，在386微机上重建尺寸为64×64，时间约为40秒；在486/33MHz微机上只用了12秒，图象的象点精度是0.31mm。

This course will introduce the basic theory of parallel computing, teach how to identify problems that are parallelizable, and demonstrate how to apply the principles of parallel computing to civil engineering problems. Under the background of digital DEM of maor mountain area, and through the program of Avenue in Arcview, the result of potential ravine highly inosculates with the real ravine. With the comparison of potential ravine and real ravine, it can reflect the developing tendency of ravine in this area. Through positioning with GPS and investigation in this area, we can divide the potential ravine of this area into three forms, that is parallel ravine area steep ripe ravine area and evenness swamp area. It can provide scientific reference for forest management and tree planting, and it is a new theory to prevent soil and water loss, and carry through the ravine controlling by people.

In chapter 4, the plane-radial and plane-parallel flows for Newtonian fluid in fractal porous media are analyzed. Based on the same assumption as that in chapter 3, the expressions for porosity, flow rate, velocity and permeability for both radial and parallel flows are developed. The proposed expressions are expressed as a function of tortuosity, fractal dimension, maximum and minimum pore diameters, and there are no empirical constant and every parameter has clear physical meaning in the proposed expressions.
