Modern approach methods of geography, ecology, quantitative analysis, expert integration, remote sensing image analysis and geographical information system were combined to reveal the matters in this paper. The eco-geographical background of the research area and the research work studied by other scholars were comprehensively expatiated. The temporal and spatial variation of precipitation and soil moisture, vegetation and soil distribution, and land use/land cover were compared as well. On the basis of foregoing analysis, the eco-geographical differentiation was discussed. According to principles and indicators, with extension engineering method and integrated analysis, the physical geography boundary between subhumid and semiarid areas were demarcated. By using remote sensing image analysis, wavelet analysis of the perennial precipitation and temperature, and the comparison of temporal and spatial variation of the desertification, this paper accounted for the regional response to global environmental change and suggested the dominant environmental problems.

本文采用了地理学与生态学相结合、定量分析与专家集成相结合、遥感图像解译和地理信息系统相结合的方法，对研究区的生态地理背景和已有研究工作进展情况给予了全面的分析和阐述；通过对区域水分条件（大气降水、土壤水分条件）、植被、土壤、土地利用／土地覆被状况等环境要素的时间与空间特征的对比分析，探讨了研究区内部生态地理特征的差异；在一定的原则指导下，通过建立指标体系，以可拓工程方法和模型为支撑，经过综合分析确定了研究区内半湿润、半干旱区界线划分方案；通过遥感图像解译、典型站点多年降水与温度的小波分析、土地沙漠化时空变化的对比分析等，说明了研究区域对全球变化的响应；表明了该区域所面临的主要环境问题。

This paper discusses the research carried out on the Lake Sugan, in the northern margin of Chaidam Basin. The climate and environmental changes in Lake Sugan drainage area over the past 2670 years were studied using the varve dating of the well preserved lamination sediments in core SG03I taken from the center of Lake Sugan, the study of varve formation in modern lake system and modern process study of carbonate and oxygen isotopes of the water within the drainage area, and according to the main index of the stable isotopes of carbonate sediments synthesized other index analysis.

本文以柴达木盆地北缘苏干湖为研究对象，通过对湖泊中心位置SG03I孔保存完好的纹泥沉积物岩芯进行年代学研究，对湖泊现代沉积过程及碳酸盐、流域水体同位素进行现代过程研究，以沉积碳酸盐稳定同位素指标为主，结合其它代用指标的综合分析，探讨苏干湖流域近2670年来的气候与环境变化，综合区域其它记录对苏干湖流域晚全新世气候变化的驱动机制进行探讨，获得如下认识：1、柴达木盆地北缘苏干湖若干钻孔岩芯发现，水深大于3.0m的沉积物均具有裸眼可分辩的由深色层和浅色层组成的纹层层理。

It is suggested that TDS can be used as a new method for the analysis of pedogenesis and climatic change.

总之，热处理过程中磁化率的变化能非常灵敏地反映磁性矿物的转化情况，而且，这种转化往往与样品所经历的土壤化作用强度密切相关，因此，TDS可做为分析成土作用强度和古气候变化的一种新方法。

The result shows that the specific thrust performance of ITB engine is better;the specific f uel consumption curve is toning down with the varied cycle parameters mentioned above, the range which cycle parameters can b e selected is wider than that of conventional engine.

结果表明：这些循环参数变化时，涡轮级间燃烧室发动机单位推力增长幅度较大，耗油率性能变化曲线趋于平缓，发动机综合性能提升，循环参数的可供选择范围变宽。

Variation of sensitivity during determination can be calibrated mathematically through monitoring the peak of ArAr.

Focal error signal of pickup head is achieved according to the Astigmatical principle, and that the optical non-contact probe system with the measurement ranges of 2um and the measurement uncertainty of 1.1nm is obtained. This probe system is immune to the variation of reflective ratios and curvature on the surfaces of samples via improvement of the signal process method.

其中根据光学象散原理得到激光读取头的聚焦误差信号，从而获得测量范围为2μm，测量不确定度可达1.1nm的光学非接触探头系统，通过改进信号处理方式，此探头系统可不受材料表面反射率变化的影响，并允许样品表面存在一定的曲率变化。

RESULTS: For the ketamine anesthesia groups, the decreased signal intensity was observed at sensory cortex (r=0.79, 19.5%), at motor cortex (r=0.81, 16.6%), at thalamus (r=0.66, 4.5%), and at callosal gyrus (r=0.68, 4.7%).

By the verification of acid value and alcohol dissolve ability, the acid or non acid added can be determined. By the change of saponification value, the ester or non ester added can be determined. By the carbonification degree in the concentrated sulphuric acid, the mineral wax, such as paraffin wax added can be determined.

通过样品外观的观察初步定性是否掺有杂质；利用纯蜂蜡在苯中溶解，而掺入的石膏、面粉和淀粉等杂质在苯中不溶而定量鉴定这类杂质；由酸值变化和乙醇溶解物的量，测定掺入的硬脂酸等酸性物质或其它的非酸性物质；由皂化值变化，定量测定掺入的动物脂等酯类物质或其它的非酯类物质；根据蜂蜡中的烃类在浓硫酸中可被炭化，加入的石蜡等矿物蜡不被炭化来测定此类掺杂物。
