The results indicated that there was a evident correlationship between chromocenter diameter,heterochromatin number and plant ploidy level.The chromocenter diameter and heterochromatin number of haploid and double haploid are 5.1,5.0 μm and 13.3,11.9 μm respectively.

Results from whole-cell patch clamp showed: 1 BmK Ⅰ(α-like neurotoxin) was found to prolong the duration of action potential and promote the amplitude of action potential. The effects could be attributed to the selective action of BmK Ⅰ on the TTX-S Na〓 channel: slowing the inactivation process of Na〓 channel, increasing the amplitude of peak Na〓 currents; 2 BmK abT, a new-type neurotoxin with higher sequence homology to β-type scorpion neurotoxin, was found to slow the inactivation process of Na〓 channel and prolong the duration of action potential in DRG neurons.

The phase separation kinetics of PS/PVME under oscillatory shear was further studied on the base of that done under simple shear. It is found that, under specific temperature and strain amplitude, the occurrence of phase separation is strongly contingent on oscillatory frequency and only intermediate frequency could effectively induce phase separation; If all considered oscillatory shear could stimulate phase separation, a fixed frequency can maintain specific most probable phase size and higher frequency yields smaller phase, which makes a higher elasticity but weaker stress relaxation; Furthermore, higher frequency can produces stronger compulsory oscillation on the MPPS but won't change the mean of the MPPS. Under given frequency and strain amplitude, the phase separation kinetics dramatically depends on the phase angle of oscillation and the phase separation corresponding to different phase angle follows different dynamical process.

在简单剪切场下相分离动力学研究的基础上进一步对振动剪切场下PS／PVME的相分离动力力学进行了尝试性的研究，发现：在一定温度和振幅条件下，相分离的发生强烈的依赖于振动频率，只有中等频率的振动剪切才能有效地促进相分离的发生；在都能使相分离发生的前提下，一定频率的剪切能够使体系维持一定的最可几相尺寸，较高频率的剪切导致体系形成的相区尺寸较小，因而体系的弹性效应较强而应力松弛效应较弱；同时，更高频率的剪切对最可几相尺寸的强迫振动效应越强，但不会使最可几相尺寸的平均值发生改变；在一定的振幅和频率条件下，相分离的动力学过程会强烈地依赖于相位角，不同相位角对应的相分离遵循不同的动力学过程但机理一样。

Because the skin wound is serious than the skin scalds. 3 The result of using OCT to monitor the model of acetic acid gastric ulcer in rats:Results of this experiment showed that using OCT technology can identify theulcerative gastric mucosa tissues with normal tissues, make the imaging on theunder-layer of gastric mucosa tissues, and evaluate the healing period and healingquality. From the OCT images can be clearly found the acetic acid gastric ulcer.

3大鼠胃溃疡模型的OCT成像检测结果：实验结果显示利用OCT能够实现溃疡组织的成像，可显示正常胃壁组织的层次性结构，对于溃疡病变过程中可对黏膜下病变的深度与状况进行成像分析，从图像可以很明显的发现溃疡性炎症病变区域(这个区域由于散射光变弱，颜色相对比较暗)，在愈合的后期黏膜层基本愈合的状态下仍可显示黏膜下层组织的增生、未能完全愈合等病理改变。

The UV and IR spectroscopic studies of the monomer films showed that the photoreaction ratio of monomer (about 50%) was higher than the corresponding photosensitive polymer (about 10%, PVCi). The polarized IR spectra proved that obvious anisotropic absorption was displayed in the irradiated photosensitive film. With polarizing microscopy method, we found that these kinds of photoalignment films exhibited good alignment ability, and the stability of the photoalignment film could reach about 100℃. 2 A photosensitive self-assembled monolayer was fabricated that contained photo-cycloadditable groups, such as, coumarin and cinnamate. The reaction process were detected by contact angle method because the IR absorption of monolayer was very weak. The photosensitive self-assembled monolayer promote uniform alignment of nematic liquid crystals by LPUV, and it thermal stability could reach about 130℃. 3 A cationic bolaform amphiphiles was synthesized that had two photosensitive double bonds, and can be polymerized by ultraviolet. A layer-by-layer self-assembled deposition film was prepared in aqueous solution by using this material and poly (sodium 4-styrenesulfonate). The UV-Vis. spectra proved that the multilayers film was uniform and layer-by-layer. When LPUV irradiated the film, the photopolymerizable double bond underwent [2+2] cycloaddition, and the production of the reaction distributed along the polarized direction of incident LPUV. Polarized UV-Vis. spectra indicated that the irradiated self-assembled multiplayer film was anisotropic, and the dichromic ration is about 0.09, it is higher than the spin-coating method of photosensitive polymer or monomer. We used this anisotropic film as alignment layer of nematic liquid crystals, and obtained a uniform and stability alignment result, the static contrast ratio is about 100, which is very close to application of liquid crystal device. This thesis is an instance that the photochemical material was used in the physics region of liquid crystals, the route that was from photosensitive monomer, self-assembled monolayer film to self-assembled multiplayer film was undergone, by this logical research method photoailgnment of liquid crystal was extended and consummated.

围绕上述思路开展了如下工作：1合成了三种可进行光二聚反应的光敏小分子单体，LPUV 辐照制作了光控取向膜；用紫外-可见光谱法和红外光谱法分析了薄膜中的光化学反应，发现小分子的光反应程度可达到50%以上，至少比光敏高分子高出5倍；薄膜的偏振红外光谱证实，经过LPUV 辐照后薄膜出现了明显的各向异性；将小分子光控取向膜制成液晶器件，在偏光显微镜下观察看到均匀一致的液晶取向；并且热稳定性达到100℃左右，接近实用化要求。2制备了含肉桂酸、香豆素基团的自组装单层膜；采用接触角的方法监测自组装反应的动力学过程；紫外-可见光谱证实了自组装单层膜在石英基板表面形成；自组装单层膜经LPUV 辐照后能诱导液晶均匀取向，而且热稳定性可达130℃，热稳定性进一步提高。3合成了含有光敏双键的双季铵盐，在水溶液状态下将它和聚乙烯基苯磺酸钠沉积生成layer-by-layer 自组装多层膜，紫外-可见光谱证实这是一个逐层均匀的沉积；在LPUV 照射下，自组装膜中的光敏双键按照偏振方向发生[2+2]环加成反应，形成取向膜，用二向色性值评价的分子取向度高于高分子及小分子光控取向膜的水平；实验证明用自组装多层膜制成的液晶器件亮暗态均匀，静态对比度约为100，达到实用化器件的水平。

The results are: 1 the stricture of the capillaries of stria vascularis was observed in most cochleae of rickety rats and, segmental deletions of the outer hair cells on the first turn of cochlea were found in a small number of rickety rats; 2 the perilymphatic ionized calcium concentration significantly re- duced and the threshold of CAP (Compound Action Poten- tials of the eighth nerve) significantly rose in rickety rats in comparison with those of normal control; 3 gentamicin results in an increase of the perilymphatic ionized calcium concentra- tion in rickety rats; 4 the cochleae of the rickety rats appeared to be less vulnerable to the ototoxicity of gentamicin than the normal one.

研究包括两个方面，其一是&佝偻病的感觉神经性耳聋及其对庆大霉素耳毒性作用的耐受性&，系用大白鼠建立维生素D缺乏性佝偻病动物模型，发现：（1）佝偻病大白鼠耳蜗血管纹毛细血管狭窄，少数动物耳蜗底回外毛细胞有节段性缺失；（2）佝偻病大白鼠的耳蜗鼓阶外淋巴钙离子浓度降低，CAP（听神经复合动作电位，以下简称CAP）听阈提高；（3）庆大霉素可使佝偻病大白鼠耳蜗外淋巴钙离子浓度上升；（4）佝偻病大白鼠耳蜗在功能和形态上都比正常者更能耐受庆大霉素的耳毒性损害。

In an attempt to evaluate the safety and efficacy of Healon in trabeculectomy, 20 eyes with Healon and 20 eyes without Healon injection after trabeculectomy are compared. Trabeculectomy using Healon will not induce transient rise of intraocular pressure. By filling the anterior chamber with Healon, a tamponing effect results which will maintain a deep chamber and reduce complications such as flat anterior chamber, choroidal detachment and striate keratopathy in the early postoperative period. In long-term evaluation there is no difference in pressure control, conjunctival scarring and corneal endothelial cell loss between Healon group and Non-Healon group.关键词 trabeculectomy , flat anterior chamber , choroidal detachment , intraocular pressure

为了评估Healen在小梁切除术中之疗效及安全性，选20位接受小梁切除术者，同时注射Healon於前房为实验对象，另20位接受传统小梁切除术为对照组，发现使用Healon并不会引起一过性眼压上升的现象，Healon注入前房，产生填塞作用，最大的好处是可以维持前房深度，减少术后合并症如前房消失，脉络膜剥离及角膜水肿等，然长期追踪，对於降眼压的幅度，不因使用Healon而可达到低眼压状态，也不会减少结合膜瘢痕化而促进房水引流，然Healon系一无毒，无炎性，无抗原性高黏稠性的物质，不因使用而发生炎性反应，同时有保护角膜内层细胞的功能。
