TREATMENT: Except for anti-coagulation therapy, aminophyllini was an inexpensive medicine to treat PTE, it could largly lower Hb and Hct by reducing the secretion of EPO. Its defect was rechallenge of PTE with the drug stopped, and repeated administration was still effective. The side effect was exciting symptoms. Enalapril was a storng hypotensor which could also greatly lower Hb and Hct with the decline in PRA/AT-Ⅱ, and then decreasing serum EPO. In this therapy blood pressure shonld be monitored to prevent from postural hypotention. At last, it showed that diltiazemi had no obvious effect on PTE.

四、治疗研究：分别以氨茶碱、恬尔心、Enalapril来治疗PTE病人，发现氨茶碱能明显降低PTE病人的Hb及Hct，且该作用与EPO降低有关，其缺点是停用后可引起复发，但继续服用仍有效，该药的副作用主要为头痛、失眠等兴奋症状；Enalapril不但能显著降低Hb及Hct，还可治疗难治性高血压，适用于伴有高血压的PTE病人；恬尔心对PTE的治疗作用不大。

CaN Aβ gene silencing can reduce myocardial hypertrophy in cultured cells, si1280 (21bp) of CaN Aβ gene is the most effective target site for siRNA. The method of intrapericardial injection of plasmid, microbubbles and erzymes can improve transfection efficiency of non-viral plasmid with satisfying targeted transfection. But the scope of transfected myocytes is still limited. CaN Aβ shRNA expressing plasmid transfection in vivo by pericardial injection results in decreased CaN Aβ protein expression of small part of myocytes, and CaN Aβ mRNA only shows decreased trend. The dosage of non-viral vector and the parameters of ultrasound energy should be optimized in further study.

结论RNAi技术抑制CaN Aβ基因表达可有效减轻Ald诱导的心肌细胞肥大程度；CaN Aβ基因中si1280(21bp)片段为实现RNAi的更有效片段；微泡+酶类心包腔内注射超声导入的方法可有效改善非病毒载体在体心肌的转染效率，同时具有一定的靶向性，但总的转染范围仍然有限；采用这一方法进一步进行&一肾一夹&心肌肥大模型大鼠在体心肌细胞的CaNAβ的RNAi干预，发现心肌肥大大鼠心外膜下局部心肌细胞CaN Aβ蛋白水平降低，CaN AβmRNA水平虽有下降趋势，但无统计学差异，提示质粒的用量及超声导入的参数有待进一步研究使其优化。

Meanwhile, our successive observations for 3 generations on several lines of untransformed regenerants indicated that, their fertility under long-day showed a trend to return to normal level of original materials with the advancement of generations. But the transgenic lines still kept more stable and relative higher level over the control under long-day.

Firstly, there are less secure and efficient threshold schemes; secondly, the research on multi-secret sharing is rather weak; thirdly, usual verifiable secret sharing don't consider the partners' anonymity, while it is just people's expectation. Last but not least, the problem of variety on shares is becoming a more obvious restrict of efficiency, especially in the facets of the lost and being districted of shares. On the application of verifiable secret sharing, there are also two inadequates : on the one hand , verifiable secret sharing has been used in much threshold cryptography but in less verifiable signatures.

然而，经过认真总结、分析该领域目前研究的发展状况（具体结果将在第一章给出），我们发现在可验证秘密分享的研究方面，仍有下列四个不足之处：一是现有的安全、高效的门限方案不多；二是对多秘密分享的研究非常薄弱，在已有的文献中还见不到安全、实用的可验证多秘密分享方案；三是通常的秘密分享方案没有考虑秘密分享者的匿名性，而这恰恰是人们所希望的；四是秘密分享者的动态管理问题已经越来越明显的制约现有方案的安全，尤其是密钥份额丢失或被破坏时如何恢复更是没有被深入探讨。

Many alternative synergists to antimony oxide are available for use. Zine and iron compounds are often used in place of the standard antimony oxide because of their lower cost and special properties. Additionally, synergist mixtures are also useful in obtaining specific properties.

本文在参考国内外文献的基础上自行设计了一些配方，分别把得克隆应用于尼龙66、尼龙6、PBT、PP、ABS等材料中，对得克隆进行了应用研究实验，发现得克隆可赋予材料优异的阻燃性，通过选用不同的协效剂一般可以达到UL-94-V-0阻燃级别，并且，可供选择的协效剂不仅是三氧化二锑，还有多种其他化合物如氧化铁、硼酸锌等及它们的配合物，这类协效剂在某些方面还优于三氧化二锑。
