The results of experiment show the optimal extraction condition of Gardenia Yellow: refluxing and extracting three times with 50 percent ethanol in 55℃, water-bath and extracting 4 to 5 hours, Gardenia Yellow extract solution is separated by X-5 absorption resin, and then with 30 percent ethanol, getting Geniposide white crystal, the determining purity by HPLC come to 99.1% and can be used as standard, the part doffing by 70% ethanol can be concentrated to get more pure Gardenia Yellow pigment.

Cinnamomea, antrocamphin A was purified from previous ethanol extraction using bioactivity-guided fractionation. As results, the antrocamphin A could significantly inhibit NO and PGE2 autacoids production in LPS-induced RAW 264.7 macrophage cells. Meanwhile, the mRNA and protein expression levels of iNOS and COX-2 were inhibited by antrocamphin A in a dose-dependent manner. Antrocamphin A also reduced the translocation of NF-κB induced by LPS, which was associated with the prevention of the degradation of I-κB, and subsequently decreased p65/p50 proteins level in the nucleus. But we can speculate the developmental degree of interlayer oxidized zone and uranium mineralization according to the concentration trends and variation characteristics of sensitivity group, activity group and their ratios .(3)The comparatively steady elements such as lithiphile elements, sulfophile elements and high field strength elements change regularly at the process of interlayer oxidation except some radioactive elements. Trace elements and rare earth elements commonly enrich in thin rock clast such as mudstone, in which the enriched elements species are more than those in the whole rock, which indicate that the regeneration action in caulking matter are more deep than that in whole rock at the process of interlayer oxidation, and the reallocate intention of trace elements in main minerlized rock in Tuha basin are more intensive than that in Yili basin at the process of deposition ,diagenesis and later changes .

Additionally, the growth of the pathogen was obviously affected by cultural media. The morphological characters such as colony color and diameter, and production of fruit body of the fungus growing on PDA, 10% V8, apple leaves dextrose agar and apple leaves extraction dextrose agar media were different. The fungus formed colonies of about 8mm in diameter and did not produce fruit bodies and aerial hyphae in 1 month incubation on PDA. However it formed the similar size colonies as on PDA and produced fruit bodies and aerial hyphae on 10% V8 and LDA media in the same incubation period. Very small colonies (2mm in diameter) and fruit bodies were found on LEDA media in the same incubation condition. These results indicated that successful isolation of M. coronaria from apple leaves depended on suitable isolation method and cultural media as well as fresh samples.
