objective:to investigate the therapeutic action of somatostatin in pancreatic leakage after pancreaticoduodenectomy.methods: to collect 100 patients with pancreaticoduodenectomy during 2003～2006,contrast 44 patients use somatostatin after pancreaticoduodenectomy as experimental group,and 56 patients with conventional therapy as control group.results:there were no pancreatic leakage case in the modified group of 44 cases.3 cases complicating pancreatic leakage occurd in control group,and the proportion of pancreatic leakage are different examined by statistic mathord.conclusions:use somatostatin after pd can restrain organism excrete diastase vera,and help anastomotic stoma to concrescent and decrease pancreatic leakage;pancreatic leakage should be treated by different grades,grade 1 can be cured by persistent drainage with somatostatin and nutritional support;grade 2 should be pay more energetic intervention.

作者单位：潍坊医学院，潍坊 261042；潍坊市人民医院肝胆外科，潍坊 261042 目的：探讨生长抑素在胰十二指肠切除术后减少胰漏的作用。方法：收集2003年1月～2006年12月施行pd患者100例，术后应用生长抑素持续泵入病人44例，并与同期施行的pd术后常规应用全肠外营养及抗生素治疗病人56例，结果进行了对比观察。结果：实验组病人44例无1例发生胰漏，对照组56例病人，3例发生不同程度的胰漏，发生率5.3%，统计学比较有显著差异（p＜0.05）。结论： pd后应用生长抑素持续泵入可以抑制胰酶的作用，使胰肠吻合口较好地愈合，从而有效地减少胰漏的发生；胰漏可进行分级治疗，ⅰ级胰漏采用通畅引流为主，同时使用生长抑素和营养支持等治疗多可治愈，ⅱ级胰漏需要积极治疗。

The approach of computational simulation is the finite element method.The whole research is combined by the following three parts. In part one, a program on quadtree method is compiled. It can automatically generate planar structures with all-quadrangular, good quality elements in high speed, and it can create data files on information of elements and nodes, which provide the foundation for finite element analysis. In part two, a program on finite element calculation is compiled by object-oriented method, During the simulation of fracture, the displacement and stress are calculated by the program.

Objective To observe the anaesthesia effect of the abnormal-objects extraction in trachea of children by pure propofol-scoline combined with anaesthesia method.Methods 60 ill kids were divided into two groups at random, namely the propofol-scoline group （Group S, n=30） and the traditional anaesthesia method group （Group K, n=30）. During the operation, SpO2, HR, NIBP and ECG were inspected continuously, moreover, choke, cough, throat hyperkinesia, time for operation, waking-up time and tongue fall back occurrence frequency were also under the inspection.

The results show that space finite analysis results are close to test ones, bottom chords suffer axial force and large in-plane bending, and the max stress is nearby each middle internode. The max stress of node crossbeams occurs in No.2 bottom flange, and that of internode crossbeams happens in ones lying in the middle of every internode. The concrete slab is in tension at the longitudinal direction, and also suffers bent at vertical loads. The degree of completely-composite model taking part in the combined actions is about 55%, while that of semi-composite model is 42%-43%. The combination of concrete slab and bottom chord increases the degree of floor system taking part in the combined actions, lightens the burden of bottom chord, and reduces out-of-plane bending of node crossbeams especially the ones near bridgehead. Stress and displacement of main truss can be evaluated by a equivalent plane rigid frame in preliminary design, and effective stiffness of bottom chords are composed of original ones and concrete slab, and the concentrated load from deck can be translated into uniform load.

研究结果表明：空间有限元分析结果与试验结果较吻合；下弦杆受到轴向拉力和较大的面内弯矩作用，各节间最大应力出现在节间中点附近；节点横梁最大应力发生在横梁2的下翼缘，节间横梁最大应力发生在位于端节间中部的小横梁上；混凝土板顺桥向整体受拉，并在竖向集中荷载作用下产生弯曲变形；全结合模型大部分节间内的桥面板参与主桁共同作用的程度为55%左右，半结合模型桥面板的参与程度为42%~43%；桥面板与下弦杆结合能够增加桥面板的参与程度，减轻下弦杆荷载，减少节点横梁尤其是靠近桥头横梁的面外弯曲；对桥梁进行初步设计时，主桁杆件的位移与内力可按照1个等效的平面刚架计算，下弦杆的等效刚度由原下弦杆截面和混凝土桥面板截面组合而成，桥面荷载可转化为均布荷载施加。

Based on the design, the first fully insulated large artificial climate chamber in China, in which temperature , humidity, and atmospheric pressure can be regulated, has been built in our laboratory. The paper developed an insulation parameters automatic test system of high voltage capacitive equipment based on LabVIEW. In the chamber, On-line tanδmeasurements of the capacitive transformer bushings were completed. The effects of environmental factors on tanδwere analyzed, and the curves between the tanδand the environment parameters were acquired. Then, a grey relational model to analyze the effects of main environmental factors on tanδwas built, and the grey relational grade between them was gained in this paper.

完成的主要工作和取得的主要研究成果如下：提出了全绝缘型人工气候室设计方案，计算分析了气候室内悬挂绝缘子和套管时的空间电场分布情况，并和金属材质气候室相比较，论证了该方案的优越性，据此方案研制的全绝缘人工气候室可调节温度、湿度和压力等参数，满足了人工气候试验的要求；开发了基于虚拟仪器技术的高压电容型设备绝缘特性自动测试系统，完成了人工气候室内变压器套管tanδ的在线测量试验，以此为基础分析了环境因素对电容型设备tanδ的影响情况，获得了tanδ与环境参数的关系曲线，建立了环境因素对tanδ影响的灰关联分析模型，得到了主要环境参数与电容型设备tanδ的灰关联度。
