The results show that the decalescence of catalyst bed affects the process of hydrogen peroxide catalytic decomposition greatly. If the catalyst bed is preheated or made up of materials with low thermal conductivity, that influence can be depressed. The low frequency pressure instability of catalyst bed occurs because of the coupling of catalytic decomposition and supplying. The decomposition plane pushes all the way through the catalyst bed during pressure oscillations, causing unreacted liquid hydrogen peroxide to be exhausted from the bed and leading to the appearance of liquid hydrogen peroxide channeling. Consequently, how to prevent or at least limit this channeling is the key to eliminate the pressure instability of catalyst bed. It was found that adding clapboard to the catalyst bed can depress the pressure instability efficiently.

In this paper, we studied M. meretrix ferritin, cathepsin B and caspase genes, which are involved in clam larval shell formation, nutrition, metabolism and apoptosis, respectively. We have cloned the three genes, investigated the temporal and spatial expression profile both at gene and protein level in trochophore (L1), D-veliger (L2), pediveliger (L3) and postlarvae (L4). The potential roles of these proteins were analyzed with specific inhibitors during larval development. Firstly, embryos were found developed into trochophore-like larvae with no shell if cultured at gastrula stage in artificial seawater without iron. Shell-like structures were formed only in the presence of iron. The larvae which had been transferred at L1 stage into ASW developed normal shell. This indicated that iron and iron associated protein are important for larval shell formation. The EST sequence which is homologous with ferritin, which is a principal iron metabolic protein, was selected from the M. meretrix cDNA library. The full-length of ferritin subunit cDNA was cloned by RACE. The results of real-time PCR revealed that the MmeFer mRNA expression changed before and after the larval shell formation.

The phenotypes include pericardial edema, hypogenetic ventricle, dilation of atria, arrhythmia, bradycardia, asystole, abnormal atrioventricular canal, aberrant valve and blood regurgitation.

To solve the exsisting problems in the realization of the LFM/CW radar, the thesis presents a technique for dynamically measuring the LFM/CW signals, which can accomplish the dynamic measurements of FM linearity, FM bandwidth and FM slop of the transmitted signals of LFM/CW radars. This technique creates an effective and accurate means of judging the performance of LFMCW radars. The linearity-correction techniques presented in the thesis successfully make the linearity of the transmitted signals of an actual LFM/CW radar reduce from approximately 25% to 0. 1%(or r. m. s linearity of 0.04%), better than the best results (0.22%) obtained by foreign researchers with complex linearization closed-loop in the same kind of LFM/CW radars, according to the published literatures during the last decade. In order to improve the capability of the real-time processing and range-cells management of LFM/CW radars, the principle of equivalent mixing by lacking-sampling process of band-pass real signals is proposed based on the well-proved improvedversion of sampling theorem of band-pass real signals. This principle is used to configure the range-segments processing of the beat signals of an actual LFM/CW radar. The techniques of system-background interference suppression and the beat signal's dynamic range suppression are proposed, and are realized in an actual LFM/CW radar to demonstrate their effectiveness.
