In this paper, the bump patterns for flip-chip packages are discussed first, then an experiment is setup to study the dispensing phenomena for different bump patterns, and the CAE software is used to analyze and identify with experiment mutually. From these thorough comparisons and analytical analysis, the existence of channel could slow down the flow, the high density of bump could speed up the flow, and it could avoid the air trap by modified the bump and channel's arrangement on flip-chip package. Then flows in rectangular microchannels driven by capillary force and gravity are discussed; furthermore, the theoretical model of flow in microchannel driven by capillary force and gravity is formulated from the Navier-Stokes equations.
本文首先针对覆晶底部充填进行相关理论推导、实验与模拟,探讨不同凸块配置模型所造成的波前不平滑现象对底部充填流动的影响;即依据相关参数建立模型进行底部充填实验,同时以CAE(Computer-Aided Engineering)模流分析软体进行模拟,在完成理论探讨、实验与模拟分析之后,交叉比较理论、实验与模拟分析结果,归纳出影响底胶充填流动之因素,由结果显示在凸块密集度较高的区域,凸块可以帮助流动,但是在凸块区后方的沟槽区域则因为凸块区所提供之流量不足,所以会造成波前落后的现象,另外藉由修改凸块与沟槽配置的关系,可以有效的控制波前形状的变化情形,避免产生包风现象。

In such doing, this dissertation serves as a step stone for papers of its counterparts to come, and, more importantly, it proposes a strategic alternative to the realization of models for image processing. This dissertation consists of three major parts. In the first part, detailed discussions and delicate analyses of academic papers on Cellular Neural Network will be provided in the hope of helping us see the potentiality of Cellular Neural Network in the applications of image processing. I will focus on the aforementioned limitations on hardware compilation as well. In the second part, I will put forth "texture analysis" as one basic model of analysis when we apply Cellular Neural Network to image processing. In this so-called texture analysis, a useful "spatial feature" is especially drawn to help us overcome possible problems of more complicated Cellular Neural Network applications in image processing."Spatial feature" also serves as a well-functioning mechanism for technology of image identification. In the last part of this thesis, I will look into a case study, where Cellular Neural Network is applied to help de-screen document image. Using it as an example, we will see how algorithms of Cellular Neural Network may be of marvelous use in applications in document image processing, since it would reduce a great deal of calculation and computation when applied to software compilation, yet opens up unlimited possibilities for higher-speed hardware compilation of high-level image processing.

The main research work and its results are: 1Empirical results are analysed for the relations of fault displacement and earthquake magnitude, and difference between permanent ground deformation and maxium dynamic relative displacement on the two sides of fault; 2An analytic method is proposed for resopnse of a buried pipeline due to earthquake fault movement; 3A new shell model with an equivalent boundary and relted finite element analysis method are proposed for estimating response of a buried pipeline under large fault movement; 4By the proposed method, damage performance of water supply steel pipelines with large diameter is simulated to the real cases in Kocaeli Earthquake and Ji-Ji Earthquake, and simulating results show the real failure mode of pipes is revealed; 5Effects of overlying soil and soft/hard interlayers are analyzed on ground rupture mode and degree due to earthquake fault, and some earthquake rupture phenomena in soil layers are theoretically described for the first time; 6Pipeline response characters are discussed for the case of considering effects of soil layers on ground rupture mode; 7Research results and proposed method are applied in seismic analysis of pipline acrossing fault in the Gas Tansportation Project from West to East in China.

The adding of anatase nano-crystalline TiO_2 to the deposition solution accelerates the depositing of TiO_2 articles from the deposition solution on the silica glass fiber. A well-combined and durable TiO_2 thin film on silica glass fibers surface obtained by controlling the deposition temperature, deposition time, deposition cycles, concentration of the deposition solution, relative concentration of the deposition materials, pH value of the deposition solution. The effect of the deposition conditions, the drying conditions and the annealing treatment conditions on the surface morphology, section morphology, growth patterns, thickness of the deposited TiO_2 thin films were investigated. Growth rate and particle size of the thin films were controlled by the deposition conditions.
