During the Flavian and Antonine dynasties,the events that the army intervened the political life took place scarcely because of the strengthening of the power of emperors and the consolidation of monarchy,the changing of the composition of the army,the improvement of the soldiers' treatment and service conditions,as well as the valid control of emperors to the army.the Roman army kept stable in the majority time of these two dynasties.

The second chapter analyzed its phylogeny, contrasted and classified the conformation in terms of the ancient period of external and internal and the modern times. The third chapter concluded the mainstream trend of transformation in contemporary days and sum up the character. Proceed with the basic patterns, the fourth chapter discussed the skills and technique of entrance space design concretely and practically. From the point of environment theory, the last chapter studied its meaning and function to surrounding quality, further advanced the ingression from a architectural element to a broad conception in city design.Combined with excellent examples of famous architect home and abroad, this thesis push forward its research to the skills and techniques of entrance space design.

全文共分五章，第一章阐述开展研究的背景，界定相关概念，提出研究方法与意义；第二章对于入口的沿革历程进行研究，并按外国古代建筑时期、中国古代建筑时期以及近现代建筑时期的分类方式对入口空间形态的发展衍变进行分析与对比；第三章对当代主流建筑现象进行分析，总结其特征，从类型学的角度分析其界定原型，从纷繁芜杂的建筑现象中归纳出当代建筑入口空间形态的发展变化趋势；第四章从入口形态的基本模式入手，具体而实际的探讨了入口形态的设计手法与技巧；第五章从建筑环境理论的角度，将入口空间这一建筑构成语素提升到城市设计领域，研究了其对于城市环境品质的作用与意义，以期在具体实践过程中激发设计者拓宽思路，创造宜人的可持续发展的环境。

The content of the parental rights and minor children's rights of privacy has all aimed to the private life of minor children's study and entertainment, which has created the condition of the conflicts between the two parties. Neither the law of our country has detailed stipulated for the content of parental rights, nor stipulated restrictedly to minor children's rights of privacy. The legitimate right is the basis to realize the right and ensure the right is legal. Because of the unperfected law, both two parties haven't got a clear confine in using their rights. So it also becomes one important reason of the conflict. In the past, parents use their guardianship as the hegemony which including some long-history autocratic tradition. It is the cultural factor of disregarding and excluding the individual privacy. With the development of democracy and legal system, citizen including minor children have realized their rights to privacy which has also become one reason to raise the right conflict.

因父母行使亲权与未成年隐私权的内容均指向了未成年人的学习娱乐等私生活，为两者发生冲突创造了条件；而我国法律既未对父母行使亲权的内容作具体详实的规定，也未对未成年人的隐私权作限制性规定，权利的法定化是为权利的实现和保障奠定法律基础和合法性依据的，法律本身的不完备、不完善使得权利主体行使权利的界限不明确，也是造成权利冲突的重要原因；古代以家长权为支配权的亲子法，包括中国古代社会存在的源远流长的专制传统，是对个人隐私的漠视和排斥的文化因素；随着民主法制的发展，公民包括未成年人权利意识的发展，也是权利冲突现象增多的一个直接导因。

This papers is divided into six chapters and seeks to combine heritage buildings and the concept of modern information. The author make a preliminary analysis and research about historical information constitution of heritage buildings. On this basis, we strive to present a new vision to examine and discuss about the conservation of heritage buildings. Throughout the course of the study and exposition, we make Chinese ancient buildings of timbered structure as its main target, and combine with many examples about ancient buildings of timbered structure in Shanxi Province. In this papers, the author combine the abstract information with the concrete buildings closely, and hope to provide a new way of thinking for the study of heritage buildings through this way.

本论文共分为六章，旨在将文物建筑和现代信息概念相结合，并对文物建筑历史信息的构成进行初步的分析与研究，在此基础上，力求以一个新的视角对我们当前的文物保护工作进行审视和讨论，在整个论述与研究过程中，我们以文物建筑中的中国古代木构建筑为主要研究对象，并结合了大量独具价值的山西省古代木构建筑实例，把抽象的信息和具象的建筑紧密结合，希望能通过这一途径为文物建筑的研究、保护等工作提供一个新的思路，以达到抛砖引玉的效果。

Based on detailed historical records, this paper systematizes the features of silk garment patterns in different periods in ancient times. The author holds that the great influence of those patterns created by our ancestors under specific historical backguounds on today′s pattern design for silk garment embodies the continuation of history and inheritance of culture. Theses patterns reflecting the intellegence and wisdom of the Chinese labouring people constitute a part of precious scientific and cultural heritage of China and the whole world.
