Firstly, the establishment of model requires sophisticated neurointerventional techniques and costly interventional materials(sacculus, minikin circlip ring, endovascular electrocoagulation), it not only consumed time but also increased the resesrch expense ; Secondly, although the Massoud model is the first successful model that contain the nidus, but it is far from mimicking the high-flow fistulae frequently observed in a brain AVM; Thirdly, the rapid spontaneous thrombosis result in fistula occlusion in a short time;Fouthly, the model's natural course and the long–term patency of fistula are unclear;Currently the model is only used for the short-term research.

但Massoud模型目前存在以下主要缺点：第一，模型的建立需要复杂的神经介入技术和昂贵的介入材料(球囊、微弹簧圈、血管内电凝等)，操作费时，又大大增加了研究费用；第二，Massoud模型虽然首次具备了畸形血管团，但它远不是我们临床上常见的含有高流量动静脉瘘的脑AVM；第三，颈动静脉吻合口自发性血栓形成进而导致引流静脉闭塞的机率很高；第四，Massoud模型的长期自然过程和动静脉吻合口的长期通畅性尚不清楚，目前仅仅作为急性期模型。

The results were summarized as followings: the density of planktonic crustacea in middle reach was higher than that in the lower reach whereas the species abundance and community diversity index in the lower reach were higher than that in the middle reach; the planktonic crustacea communities presented high density but lower diversity in the upper part of the middle reach, lower density but high diversity in the lower part of the middle reach and estuary, and lower density and diversity in the lower reach except the estuary.

Abstract］ objective to investigate anus sphincter preserved surgical method and indication for low rectal cancer.methods 15 cases with low rectal cancer were operated with eversion and pull-through anus preserved colorectal anastomosis through anus.results no patients died of operation,no patients was with fistula and stricture of anastomosis,no defecation incontinence happened after postoperative 20 weeks,only one patient was with local recurrence.following up for 8 months to 5 years,5 cases were with distant metastasis,4 of these died,one of these had lived with liver metastasis for 3 years.conclusion the indication of anus preserved operation should be chosen according to clinical stage and biological characteristic of rectal malignancy; eversion and pull-through anus preserved colorectal anastomosis through anus is a better anus preserved operation for low rectal cancer.

目的 探讨低位直肠癌保留肛门括约肌功能的手术方法和手术适应证。方法对低位直肠癌经腹经肛门直结肠外翻拉出保留肛门吻合术15例。结果全组无手术死亡，未发生吻合口漏和吻合口狭窄，局部复发1例，20周左右恢复正常排便排气功能，无大便失禁病例。随访8个月～5年，5例为远处转移，死亡4例，其中1例肝转移3年仍生存。结论根据直肠癌的临床分期和肿瘤的生物学特性选择保肛手术适应证，经腹、肛门齿线上直肠癌根治性切除，行肛门直结肠外翻拉出吻合是低位直肠癌较好的保肛术式。
