Because of my father's and grandmother's good cares, my arthrithis became better and better. It began from the anklebone, first the top of my anklebone became white, then it began festering. When it stoped about three months later, my hands and feet covered already.

Objective To explore the CT feature,pathology and treatment method of jaw bone cystoid disease. Methods An analysis on 50 cases of jaw bone cystoid disease was made.

目的 熟悉颌骨囊性病变CT表现、病理学表现与治疗方法方法回顾性分析50例上颌骨囊性病变病例的CT表现与临床资料。

The purposes of the study were as follows:(1) to evaluate the molar furcation involvement and number of molar correlated with age and sex; and (2) to study the relationship between the means of alveolar bone loss and associated factors of molar furcation involvements.

本研究目的是：(1)探讨大臼齿根叉齿槽骨破坏、臼齿数与年龄、性别的关系；及(2)研究影响平均齿槽骨破坏量与根叉齿槽骨病变的相关因素。研究样本包括民国81年到83年6月间高雄医学院牙科219个20~65岁成人牙周病患者。

Results: Compared test group with control group at 14th day of experiment, test group rats were osteoporotic. The lower bone density figures of test group showed that bones were osteoporotic and test group bone HE microtome section showed that bone trabecula was looser, os integumentale was thiner and chondrocyte was decreased.

结果：实验第14天，模型组与对照组相比，模型组大鼠骨质疏松模型建立成功：骨密度不同程度的降低、骨HE切片中骨小梁稀松、皮质骨变薄、软骨细胞层减少等病理变化。

For statistic analysis of the correlating factors, age at study, physiological knock knee, physical performance and radiological findings, e.g. accessary navicular bone or talo-navicular subluxation were related to such change.

若以扁平足现象改善者与维持现状或恶化者作相关因子的统变研究，则可以发现其与年龄、 X 形腿、体能表现及 X 光的特殊变化(包括附生舟状骨或距骨舟状骨半脱位)相关。

CT displayed the structure of femoral head was vague. A piece of coloboma could be observed clearly on the cartilage of a femoral head. Medullary canal was almost filled with white adipose tissue. Osteoblasts and osteocytes decreased. Empty bone lacuna increased. Thrombus distributed widely in the bone tissue microcirculation.

MA组病理检查肉眼可见股骨头软骨面局部缺损，坏死面暴露，髓腔内大量脂肪组织堆积；光镜下成骨细胞、骨细胞均减少，空骨陷窝增多，微小血栓广泛分布，变形扩大的脂肪细胞挤压正常骨髓组织细胞，骨小梁变细破裂明显。

Imaging findings were measured and analyzed. Results There were 3 types of bone metastasis changes according to different reactions to the endocrinotherapy: decreased or disappeared; Stable; augmented. Each change was matched to the PSA change.

功效 前哨腺癌骨转移患者内分泌治疗后按照骨转移灶的数目将骨显像默示可分为3种范例：淘汰或消散踪；贯串毗邻不变状况；增多；每一范例伴有响应的血清PSA厘革规律。

Observation under microscope compared with the control group, bone trabecula in experimental group becomes skarce, and empty bone lacune increased.

结果光镜下实验组较对照组骨小梁变细、稀疏，细胞核变形，骨细胞少见，空骨陷窝明显增多。

Methods Fifty healthy SD rats were fed for twentytwo months in order to build the model of aging rats, the histology of femoral bone, tibial bone and lumbal vertebra was used to observe, then we evaluated the indexes which reflect the degeneration of intervertebral disc including the quantity of collagen type Ⅱ,Ⅹ of intervertebral disc by the immunohistochemistry methods, the relative area of vascular bud, the thickness of calcified layer and uncalcified layer on cartilage endplate and the indexes which reflect the osteoporosis including the thickness ratio of cortical bone, the relative area of bone trabecula, the bone density, the max stress and straining of bone.

50只健康纯种SD大鼠，喂养22个月，建立老龄大鼠模型，进行股骨、胫骨、腰椎等组织学观察，并评价椎间盘退变的相关指标(椎间盘软骨Ⅱ型和Ⅹ型胶原表达、软骨终板血管芽相对面积、软骨终板钙化层/非钙化层厚度)与骨质疏松的相关指标(骨皮质厚度指数、骨小梁相对面积、骨密度、骨最大应力和应变)的相关性。

Results After 3 months of kidney radiation by 15 Gy of Cs137 γ-rays, the changes with kidney shrank, Bowman's capsules straitened or disappeared, glomerular swelled, some epithelia denaturalized or died were observed. Mitochondria tumefied and the cristae shortened, lessened and disordered. Urine β2-MP rose evidently. It was lowered significantly the renal 25-OH-D-1α-hydroxylase activity and its mRNA expression. The dry and ash weight, BMD of femur and lumbar were significantly reduced, volume and width of bone trabecula were distinctly decreased and the space increased in model group. The Pyd / Cr increased and ALP decreased as well.

结果 15Gy 137Cs-γ射线肾局部照射3个月后肾脏体积缩小，肾小球肿大，Bowman氏囊囊腔狭窄甚至消失，部分肾小管上皮细胞变性、坏死，线粒体肿胀，体积增大，线粒体嵴变短、减少、排列紊乱；尿β2-MP显著增加；肾1α羟化酶活性及1α羟化酶mRNA基因表达量明显下降；肾辐射组股骨干重、灰重、腰椎和股骨BMD明显降低；骨小梁体积和骨小梁宽度减少，骨小梁间距增加，MAR减小；腰椎压缩和股骨三点弯最大载荷明显降低，Pyd / Cr值明显增加，ALP显著降低。
