Methods:9 patients including 8 male and 1 female were included in this study.2 patients suffered from both side of ANFH,5 were righe side and 2 were left side.X-ray,CT and MRI were performed before the surgery.4 hips were classified as ARCO stage 1,7 hips were stage 2.All the patients were treated as follows:the area of NFH and cystis degeneration were detected and bouche decompression was done through X-ray with C-arm,and the necrotic bone was cleared for the pathologic diagnosis under the monitoring of arthroscopy.And then the non-cell based tissue engineering bone, which was the complex of autologous red bone marrow and osteoinductice absorbing material containing BMP,was transplanted into the body.

本组9例，男性8例，女性1例；双侧股骨头坏死2例，右单侧股骨头坏死5例，左单侧股骨头坏死2例；术前均行X线摄片、CT、MRI 检查，ARCO分期：Ⅰ期4髋，Ⅱ期7髋；C型臂X线透视下行股骨头坏死区和囊性变区定位、髓芯减压，关节镜监视下，刮除坏死骨送病理；植入由自体红骨髓与含BMP的骨诱导活性材料复合成的非细胞型组织工程骨，并用空心钛钉支撑股骨头软骨下骨质。

Then lag screw was wrested to keep the position unchanged till the bone cement coagulated.

右侧标本行骨水泥强化DHS固定（在股骨头近端钉道用刮匙扩大，股骨头朝下，注入2 mL低黏稠度骨水泥，拧入拉力螺钉，保持位置不变直至骨水泥凝固。

One month later, they were transferred to the segmental defect sites created in femoral diaphysis of the same animal.

结果表明，植入6月时，X片见人工骨-骨的界面已变得模糊，X线谱图已与正常骨的X线谱图相近。

Result］the operation time was 1～3 h,the operative bleeding quantity were 150～400 ml,all incisions were obtained primary healing.twelve cases were followed up from 6 months to 8 years.the average extremity functional score according to the system of isols（international society of limb salvage）:upper extremity was 22.3 and the lower was 25.3 the average bone healing time of returned deactivation bone graft and bone allograft healing with the osteotomy plane was 3 months,original tumor recurrence in local was 1,the recurrence rate was 7.69%,no malignant change and metabasis was found.

结果］手术时间1～3 h，术中出血量150～400 ml，术后切口一期愈合。12例患者获6个月～8年随访。按isols评分标准评价肢体功能恢复情况：上肢平均22.3分，下肢平均25.3分。灭活回植骨、异体骨与截骨端平均3个月愈合，局部复发1例，复发率7.69%。无恶性变及全身转移。

Bone trabecula just under the calcaneocuboid articular surface was compact and redundant, with the thickness about 5 mm. Conclusions: Screws can be implanted into the calcaneocuboid articular surface where is filled with compacted trabecula.

结果：跟骨骰骨关节面的横径为(22.67±2.14)mm；其内倾角为(60.4±7.1)°；紧邻跟骨骰骨关节面关节面下的压力骨小梁是致密的，厚度大约为5 mm，向后方和下方的骨小梁逐渐变得稀少、疏松。

Results: OVX group, with weakened bone structure, had decreased cancellous bone and increased parameters of osteal formation and resorption compared with Sham, OVX+E and OVX+E+P groups(P.05). The bone mass, osteal formation and resorption in group OVX+P had no significant changes.

结果：与假手术组、雌激素及雌孕激素组相比，去卵巢大鼠松质骨骨量明显减少，伴有骨结构变差，骨形成和骨吸收的参数值增加(P.05)；与去卵巢组相比，孕激素组大鼠无显著改变。

Results Extensive and diffuse synovial hyperplasia can be seen in patients with RA;synovial pannus formation can be seen in 25 cases.

结果RA组病人均可见广泛、弥漫的滑膜增生，其中25例病人可见滑膜血管翳形成，而OA组仅7例病人可见轻度滑膜增厚，未见滑膜血管翳形成者(X2=55.78P.005)；RA组关节软骨及软骨下骨改变较严重且弥漫，而OA组软骨退变则较局限，且以关节摩擦大的部位受损为著，其软骨下骨改变较为局限，常常见于IV软骨退变；关节腔积液、半月板及韧带改变，在OA组与RA组之间无差异。

At an average follow-up of 34.3 months, using the Sports Ankle Rating System, the average clinical rating score was 96.2, the average quality-of-life measure was 96.7, and the average single assessment numeric evaluation was 95.3. Radiographs at final follow-up showed no mortise widening or lateral talar subluxation. Two patients had mild degenerative changes on lateral radiographs with anterior tibial osteophytes.

在平均34.3个月的随访中，用踝关节运动评估系统评分的平均得分是96.2，生活质量平均分是96.7，平均单个数字评估得分是95.3，在随访最后的X线片示没有踝关节关节间隙的变宽以及距骨的侧向半脱位。2个病人出现稍微的退行性变及胫骨前骨赘。
