Somaclonal variation of red-seed watermelon (Citrullus lanatus ssp. vulgaris var. megalasperrnus Lin et Chao) was used in selecting in vitro of the germplasm resources resistant to Fusarium wilt under the stress of Fusarium acid.

The results show that in the protonation process, because of the effect of meso-(p-methylpyridyl), the changes of the structure and bond charge population are obvious; the frontier molecular orbitals have opposite change trend with the case of meso-yridyl, the rapid exchanges of inner hydrogens of the protonated diacid with solvent protons become more difficult.

结果表明，由于m-甲基吡啶的影响，在质子化过程中结构和键电荷布居有明显变化；前沿分子轨道具有与四吡啶基情形相反的变化趋势，质子化二酸与溶液质子的快速交换作用也变得更困难了。

In order to enhance the compatibility of ABS/PP/CaCO3 composites, the effects of reactive blends of the composites were studied by using Haake rheometer. The effects of various assistant cross-linkingers, such as castor oil, triallyl isocyanurate, turpentine (JS-1) and glycol dimethacrylate, and the used amount of cross-linkinger-dicumyl peroxide on the torques of the melting composites were investigated.

The stable or unstable state of the montmorillonite-water dispersion is mainly effected by the properties of montmorillonite, water, and stabilizers as well as their interactions, while the type, the structure, the properties and the concentration of the stabilizer play dominate roles. Based on the molecular designing clues, this research selected three sulfonated copolymers as the stabilizers, i.e. the sodium 2-acrylamido-2-methyl-1propane sulfonate /acrylamide /disodium itaconate terpolymer, the AMPS/AM/N-vinyl pyrrolidone terpolymer and the sodium styrenesulfonate /IA copolymer. The preparation and characterization of the sulfonated copolymers were discussed, the high-temperature stability of the montmorillonitewater dispersion was characterized with the rheology, the filtration, the particle size distribution, the electrostatic properties, and the adorption of the sulfonated copolymers onto montmorillonite particles. At the same time, a systematic mechanism of the hightemperature stabilization of the dispersion was presented.
