At this text I bring forward effective project strategy of non-maturity haleness watermark model arithmetic. Making use of time-frequency local characteristic of wavelet switch, I bring forward digital image watermark insetting project basing on block of wavelet switch, at the first ,make the image disporting to block of 8×8,then make use of the characteristic of Haar wavelet switch,then make the image the second layer wavelet switch and carry through power modulus transaction.

本文提出了非完备性鲁棒性数字水印典型算法中的行之有效的设计策略，利用小波变换良好的时频局部特性，提出了基于块的小波变换的数字图像水印嵌入方案，把宿主图像分为8×8的小块，利用 Haar小波变换的特性，对图像进行二层小波变换分解，对变换系数进行权重处理，然后把每一个水印象素隐藏在相应的图像块的中低频小波系数之中，提高了数字水印的隐蔽性和鲁棒性。

This paper analysised and researched some existing algebra feature extraction method such as KL transformation, singular value decomposition、 Fisher linear discriminant and optimal discriminant transformation. On the base of this、we expound a method which named uncorrelated optimal discriminant transformation to accomplish the face recognition.Uncorrelated optimal discriminant transformation is a improvement of Fisher linear discriminant and optimal discriminant transformation.

本文对一些现有的代数特征提取方法如KL变换、奇异值分解、Fisher线性鉴别以及最佳鉴别变换做了分析和研究，在此基础上我们提出使用具有统计不相关最佳鉴别变换的投影方法来进行人脸识别，它是由Fisher线性鉴别和最佳鉴别变换改进、完善而来的。

The basic theories of mathematical morphology for binary image are stated, and the most simple structure elements of morphologic transformation for binary images are proposed and proved. The geodetic morphologic transformation models are also developed. For the purpose of improving the speed of transformation in computer, the"set symmetric difference"is introduced to adapt each model. Some new morphologic filtering models and quantitative evaluating model of filtering effects in image processing are proposed, under the applied condition. The morphologic thinning methods are studied, and two new morphologic thinning models are developed. On the basis of analyzing the characteristics of mining maps, the image vectorizing tactics and a series of algorithms are proposed, including dynamic adaptive image thresholding using two thresholds, graphic and text separation, noise removal, and multi elements extracting models with mathematical morphology. Accuracy preserving compressed vectorizing model for image vectorization is put forward to generate vector data in multi layer.

论文对二值图象形态学的基础理论进行了较系统的阐述，提出并证明了二值图象处理中形态变换的最简单结构元素，并发展了测地形态变换模型；为了提高形态变换的计算机实现速度，引入了集合论中"对称差"的概念对各形态变换模型进行了改化；针对数学形态学在图象处理中的实际应用，提出了新的形态滤波模型及滤波效果的度量评价模型；研究了形态细化方法，提出了快速形态细化和保形快速形态细化算法；在研究矿图基本特征基础上，提出了人机协同矿图扫描图象矢量化处理策略及一系列扫描图象处理算法模型，包括双阈值动态自适应图象二值化、图文分离、噪声去除、图面多种要素提取形态变换模型等；在图象栅格—矢量转换中，提出了保精度压缩矢量化模型，以生成分层要素矢量数据。

According to the theory of wavelet transformation, the singularities of the ECG signal are corresponding to the series of maximum-minimum pairs. The algorithm detects the onsets of Q wave at the scale 3 detail and offsets of T wave at the scale 4 detail. So the duration of QT is calculated by onset of Q wave and offset of T wave.

On the basis of the relation, we will prove some useful properties of the discrete Zak transform which lay the foundation for the computation of discrete Gabor transform.

Firstly, affine covariant neighborhoods of visual words are used to verify the spatial consistency. Secondly, a set of affine transformation matrices between the corresponding covariant regions is calculated, and the matrix with the most inliers is chosen as the best matching affine transformation matrix. In this step, only a single pair of corresponding affine covariant regions is used to calculate the 6 degree of freedom affine transformation for acceleration. In the last step, the spatial consistency is verified by the BMATM.
