变性反应

Abstract］ objective to study the pathological features and histopathological type and differential diagnosis of hepatic focal nodular hyperplasia.methods the clinicopathological characteristics of 40 cases of fnh were studied.all were evaluted by use of paraffin embedded sections and he staining before light microcope observation.results there were 28 females and 12 males fnh patients whose age were from 16 to 62 years（median 41.3）,all alpha-fetoprotein was negative and had no hepatitis history.25 cases were classic type showed characteristic central stellate fibrotic scar,composed of fibrous connestive tissue and tortuous blood vessels.8 cases were telangiectic type,the left were mixed type and adenomatoid type.conclusion fnh is a reactive proliferation of hepatic cells to local blood vessel anomalies,it is not realy a tumor.its differential diagnosis includes hepatic adenomatous hyperplasia nodule,hepatic anaplasia nodular hyperplasia,fibrolamellar hepatocellular carcinoma and hepatocellular adenoma.

目的 探讨肝局灶性结节性增生的病理形态特点、组织分型及鉴别诊断。方法分析40例肝局灶性结节性增生的临床资料，并采用石蜡包埋he染色光镜下观察其组织学特点。结果 40例肝局灶性结节性增生患者中，女28例，男12例，年龄18~62岁，平均年龄41.3岁，所有病例术前均无肝炎病史，甲胎蛋白阴性，组织学上25例为经典型，有特征性的中央纤维瘢痕，由纤维结缔组织及扭曲血管组成。8例为毛细血管扩张型，其余为混合型及腺瘤样增生型。结论肝结节性增生是一种肝细胞对局部血管的异常反应性增生，并非真性肿瘤，主要与肝腺瘤样增生性结节、肝间变性结节状增生、肝纤维板层癌及肝细胞腺瘤鉴别。

Inoculation of effective degraders to the test soil suspensions spiked with m-cresol was carried out by batch culture. The m-cresol concentration and the number of m-cresol degrader were monitored in the experimental period, soil DNA was extracted and amplified by primer 341GC+534r of PCR for DGGE analysis at the same time, which to understand the variation of bacterial community in experiment.

将试验菌株接种於模拟污染土样中进行批次土壤生物降解试验，监测实验过程中间-甲酚的浓度及间-甲酚降解菌菌数，同时进行土壤DNA的抽取，经引子341GC+534r反应后以变性梯度胶体电泳分析，以了解实验过程中的菌相变化。

Eachcycle consisted of 45 sec. at 94℃ to denature, 45 sec. at 36℃ for theannealing primer, and 120 sec. at 72℃ for extension. The otherreactions were completed under 10 min. of extension at 72℃.

扩增反应在热循环仪上完成，程序设置为94℃变性处理45秒钟，36℃引物退火45秒种，72℃链延伸2分钟，依此作45个循环，然后再在72℃条件下使被扩增的链延坤10分钟完成全部反应。

Bamboo mosaic virus encodes a 155-kDa replicase that the middle region contains a helicase-like domain according to the existence of several conserved featured motifs of helicase. Previous studies showed that the helicase-like domain exhibits both ATPase and RNA 5'-triphosphotase activities, and Mg2+ is essential for both activities. Mutagenesis of conserved motifs showed these amino acids play important roles for enzymatic activities. These results suggested that the properties of this denatured and renatured protein are coincident with other SF1 helicases.

从胺基酸序列分析显示，竹嵌纹病毒复制酵素中间区域的类解螺旋酵素具有解螺旋酵素的保留性胺基酸区域，经实验显示此蛋白具有ATPase和RNA 5'-triphosphatase活性，而且是依赖镁离子进行反应的，其中保留性胺基酸的突变会破坏其催化能力，说明这在大肠杆菌表达的蛋白质经过变性及重新摺叠的过程，具有和其他SF 1解螺旋酵素相似的特性。

objective to comprehend the characteristic of dyshidrosis and change of sympathetic skin responses in hepatolenticular degeneration patients.methods 66 patients with hld was investigated in information of sweeting and examined with ssr.results dyshidrosis was found in 36 patients among the 66 patients with hld,which most manifested decreased sweating in distal end of extremities combining compensating partly increased sweeting.

目的：研究肝豆状核变性患者出汗障碍的特点、皮肤交感反应的变化。方法：对66例确诊为hld患者出汗情况进行调查并行皮肤交感反应的检查。结果：66例hld患者有36例有出汗障碍；主要表现为四肢远端出汗减少（26例）合并代偿性局部出汗增多。

RESULTS: During 10 - 12 weeks, in cuntrol group: The defect area was repaired by white and soft tissue that had no resistance to press. The repaired tissue was still lower than the surrounding articular surface with clear boundary. By histological observation, it was found that the defect was repaired by the mechanism similar to inflammatory reaction and the defect is ultimately filled by the hyperplasia of hyaline degenerative fibrous tissues. In filling group: the defect was repaired by semi-transparent, smooth, textured tissues with polish that had resistance to press as well as elasticity. The repaired tissue was almost similar to the shape of the surrounding cartilage,difficult to be distinguished. After histological observation, it was found that there was no inflammatory reaction, but active hyperplasia of inner bonetissue and cartilage tissues; a lot of osteoid tissues and trabeculation were found. Newlborn cartilage was fused with surrounding cartilage tissue and connected with surrounding tissues.

结果：10～12周，对照组：缺损区由白色、质软、按压无阻抗的组织修复，修复组织仍低于周围关节面，边界仍清晰可辨，组织学以类似炎症反应的机制修复缺损，最终以透明变性的纤维组织的增生来填补缺损部位；填充组：缺损区由半透明状、质韧光滑有光泽，按压有阻抗并有弹性的组织修复，修复组织与周围软骨外形上已基本相似，不易区分，组织学未见有炎症反应的过程，内骨组织和软骨组织增生活跃，并可见大量类骨组织和骨小梁形成，新生软骨和周围软骨组织融合，并与周围组织连接。

选择热板法、扭体法、痛经模型、急性应激血淤血液流变性等方法，比较川芎配方颗粒及饮片、酒川芎配方颗粒及饮片的主要药理作用。结果川芎配方颗粒与川芎饮片标准汤剂、酒川芎配方颗粒与酒川芎饮片标准汤剂均能延长小鼠热板痛闭值，均能延长醋酸所致扭体反应的小鼠扭体潜伏期并减少扭体次数，均能延长小鼠痛经模型中催产素所致扭体反应的潜伏期并减少扭体次数，均具有改善急性应激血淤大鼠血液流变的作用。
