The paper puts forth that the numerical model of actual forming part is reconstructed by RE and the surface is regarded as actual trimmed surface, then grids and nodes mapping relationship between design model and actual forming part is acquired through compelling deformation simulation, and the design trimming line is dispersed into points according to a certain precision and the projective points and the coordinate values of the intersection points of projective line on the grids formed by discrete points are calculated along trimming direction, the new coordinate values of projective points and intersection points of projective line after deformation are calculated based on the mapping relationship of grids and nodes, the deformed trimming line can be acquired through fitting the points into curve.

On the basis of nonlinear FEA code ANSYS/LS-DYNA, rail rolling process of universal rolling unit were simulated by 3D large deformation thermal-mechanical coupled elastic-plastic FEM. And the deformation shape of the work piece, deformation parameters and cross dimensions for each pass were obtained and stress,stain distribution and metal flow in rolling process of typical passes were analyzed in detail. But recrystallization grains ofaround 19μm in diameter on average are obtainable through heat treatment at300℃for 30min by air-cooling, meanwhile the twin and streaky structurethat would weaken the plasticity of alloy are eliminated; significant elementsare holding temperature、holding time、cool-down methods. Mechanicalproperties of tube are obtained, simple tension elongation ratio of arc testsample increases from 10.8% to 20.1%, elongation ratio with elastic internaldie of tube increases from 8.0% to 14.9%.

Based on core measurements from IODP expedition 316 of the first stage of the NanTroSEIZE program, we analyze deformational and sedimentary structures at the core scale at four sites, C0004, C0006, C0007 and C0008, at the toe the accretionary prism along the Nankai Trough. We also discuss the relationships between structures at the core scale and large scale structures like splay fault and frontal thrust fault.

The deformation of conductive particles in pure metal connected by anisotropically conductive adhesives has been investigated using finite element analysis. The results indicate that the increment in stresses of the conductive particles begins at the contact area toward the boundary through the centers of conductive particles when the reduction in height increases. When stress is over the yield strength, the similar behavior was observed. So the deformation of conductive particles is not uniform, which means that the deformation of conductive particles is the same as the stress does.

A new algorithm is presented to resolve such contactproblems, including incremental displacement constraints and force constraints,and the modules are programmed. The performances of tire under static load invertical loading state and camber state are analyzed by this method. And theexperiments were carried out at the same condition as used in analysis process.
