A sandwich ELISA was established taking the antiserum as the primary antibody. The sensitivity of the ELISA was 0.412 ng GH/ml of sample. Inter-assay and intro-assay coefficients of variation were 2. 58％(n=6) and 5. 69％(n=6) respectively. Serial dilutions of serum and pituitary homogenate from orange-spotted grouper yielded dose response curves that were parallel to the standard curve. And the GH of Acanthopagrus butcheri was also parallel to the standard curve. Prolactin of goldfish and recombinant growth hormone of common carp showed no cross-reactivity with the antiserum of orange-spotted grouper GH. It showed that the established RIA was specific and sensitive.

以斜带石斑鱼重组GH抗血清为第一抗体，羊抗兔抗体为第二抗体建立了双抗体夹心酶联免疫测定法，该系统的灵敏度为0.412ng GH／ml(n=6)，组内变异系数为2.58％(n=6)，组间变异系数为5.69％(n=6)，斜带石斑鱼血清和脑垂体稀释液曲线与斜带石斑鱼重组GH蛋白的标准曲线相平行、黑棘鲷GH的系列稀释曲线与标准曲线相平行，金鱼催乳素、重组鲤鱼GH的系列稀释曲线与标准曲线不平行，表明建立的斜带石斑鱼GH ELISA具有良好的特异性和重复性，灵敏度达到了测试血清样品中GH的水平。

The experiment accuracy test showed that the coefficient of variation of the positive mixed serum was 5.04%, and the CV of negative mixed serum was 1.10%.

The results showed that length from flag leaf pulvinus to spike base has the largest coefficient of variance of 42.1% and 37.2% in both DS and WW environments, respectively, while the spikelet per spike has the smallest CV of 6.4% and 5.7%. 结果表明：在雨养和灌溉条件下，穗叶距的变异系数最高，分别为42.1%和37.2%，单穗总小穗数的变异系数最低，为6.4%和5.7%；不同水分条件下，植株稳产性主要受单株穗数、有效小穗数及穗下节长的影响；性状耐旱指数的多样性指数在1.95到2.07之间变化，平均值为2.02；根据性状耐旱指数将供试材料分为7个类群，其中第I、第III类群材料表现为对水分条件不敏感，而第II类群材料更适于在干旱条件下种植。

And it is especially applicable to quick measurement for great batch of samples.3 MT dynamics in blood , feces and urine,and MT accumulation in tissues and organs of DLY pigs and WD pigs were also conducted by a isotopic tracing method using MT labeled with ~(125)I ~(125)I-MT which was affused through mouth..It was shown that MT was absorbted perfectly with a tardigrade mode and remained about 31 hours in the digestive tract of both DLY pigs and WD pigs . MT excreted from feces and urine of DLY pigs accounted for 7.91 and 21.45 percent of total MT affused through mouth while MT excreted from feces and urine of WD pigs accounted for 10.09 and 11.85 percent of total MT affused through mouth, respectively.

The results are as follws: 1 This study randomly selected typical and wild populations of Alpinia oxyphylla Miq measured and compared their number of stem per cluster, plant height, number of fruit ear per cluster, single panicle weight, fruit yield per cluster, 100-seed weight and fruit yield.

This method had a significant correlation with colorimetric method.
