Objective To explore a simple and safe surgical procedure for the treatment of allergic or vasomotor rhinitis.

目的 探讨手术治疗变应性或血管运动性鼻炎的简便方法并评价疗效。

This surgical procedure, owing to its good vision, simplicity, safety and remarkbale effectiveness, can be one of the treatment choices for allergic and/or vasomotor rhinitis.

该手术方法视野清楚，方法简便，安全有较，可作为变应性或血管运动性鼻炎的治疗方法之一。

结果：OSAHS儿童的气道阻塞原因为：腺样体肥大86例，扁桃体肥大80例，鼻窦炎38例，鼻甲肥大24例，变应性鼻炎20例，鼻中隔偏曲3例，分泌性中耳炎11例。
