625例变应性鼻炎患者中吸入性变应原特异性ige阳性率依次为尘螨84.32%、蟑螂19.04%、柏树15.20%、动物毛皮屑组合13.12%、树木花粉组合7.20%、矮豚草5.12%，葎草1.76%、蒿草1.76%、霉菌组合1.44%；总ige阳性者413例(66.1%)明显低于特异性ige阳性率；两组中最常见的变应原相似；未成年组屋尘螨的阳性率及敏感程度明显高于成年组(p 0.01)。
